Please do not go to this school they were horrible to my child! They also are more expensive than the competitors! When you need to change an appointment they charge you the owner Sherry Lober is extremely rude when you talk to her! If you text or email her she texts you excuse after excuse and tries to blame your child and does not take accountability this is a business you need to make the customer happy not make yourself happy ! Sherry Lober and her brother Eric Strauss are teachers at Albuquerque high and feel that they are above the law ! They are crooks and have been ripping off Deca program at Albuquerque high for years ! Achievement driving school and Deca program needs to be investigated ! Worst driving school in Albuquerque. And the owners are writing their own reviews. You can save yourself money and time by placing them in the free driving classes at their schools. It will take less time. I can go on and on about my issues with this school, but truthfully they are not worth the time. I just suggest trying the many other schools around Albuquerque. My daughter goes here now. These guys have been very easy to work with and classes are scheduled at times that are convenient to get her to. The cost is much less than the other driving school, which doesn't mean they aren't as good. They have cute cars and know how to work with teenagers. I'm pleased with the driver education experience she receives here and recommend them to anyone looking. Read Less

Horrible school! Who cares if it is affordable. Stess free??? Are you kidding. My fairly bright kid learned absolutely nothing from these crooks. Taking my kid out to drive on my own was an experience to say the least. You can't become a confident or capable driver if you aren't taught the basics. They never actually teach them to drive, so not sure how anyone can back up the solid defensive driving quote. Let's see....a few kids get range instruction while everyone else watches. Not really practical. No, they do not work with anyone's schedule, they expect you to work with their schedule. Example, they "text" drive time's available, then cancel at the last minute with little to no options to reschedule. I should have trusted my gut at orientation. If they will not make eye contact with you and answer questions, that will tell you all you need to know about their professionalism and ethics. Since I can't get a refund,  I will make it a side mission to get the word out about this terrible school. Read Less
