Don't go to this driving school. I showed up 30 minutes early for my 2 hour session and the instructor showed up 20 minutes late. Then the instructor wasted 15 minutes in a line to get gas. 35 minutes of my paid 2 hours were wasted. They refused to refund me the missed time and would not allow me to make up the time. Read Less

DO NOT COME HERE! I spent over TWO MONTHS  just trying to get my eye exam done. Every time I called, they NEVER picked up. And when they did pick up, they would tell me to come another day than my scheduled appointment. It took OVER 4 MONTHS to finish my six hours. Even though I booked appointments weeks in advance, they would either cancel LAST MINUTE or NEVER SHOW UP/TELL ME and then proceed to blame me. They rescheduled me OVER 7 TIMES. Their customer service was TERRIBLE. The lady at the front was super rude and unprofessional. After six months, they wouldn't help validate my permit (which most schools do), forcing me to go on my own (but the DMV made me pay a fee). Luis was a bad instructor; he did not give tips and was very unclear. He made me go to his house (wasting 15 mins of what I paid) and pick random strangers up. I can not say enough about how nice the people in the office at the fords location were and how nice the instructors were! My son is 16 years old and while he was not nervous about learning to drive this mom sure was! but they were so nice and re assured me everything was going to be ok. they were very accommodating to my son's school and work schedule. If I needed to re schedule last minute because of work or school activities they were very flexible with it. The instructors made my son feel at ease while on the road. every time he came back from a lesson he was telling me how cool they were. they walked me threw step by step of what they were going to do and then what I needed to do. Growing up we tell our kids don't get into cars with strangers so it was very hard for me to let go and allow someone else to teach him to drive as I have been there to teach him everything, but I am glad I did because it turned out to be a great experience. It put my mind and heart at ease knowing he was in good hands.. I would recommend Ideal Driving School to anyone. Read Less

Amazing place and grate instructors. Real relaxing facility and grate staffing . No waiting time , get attended as soon a you walk.I attended for my CDL class A and passed the school is a great place and the manager is wonderful person and will help you at all times no matter how busy she is (Yessenia) The instructors are awesome and i am so thankful to david and lazy for all the help. I would rather give a minus, highly unprofessional guys, All they look for is money, Not at all helpful, take money from you to get an early date for road test and simply login and take whatever is available, that anyone can have done. Instructor stops by to get coffee food, just before your test and is munching all the time, when it is time to give you important tips. Won't ever recommend it for anyone. Read Less

I was very nervous about driving until I met an angel by the name of Carolina Carra. My daughter couldn't stop talking about her after her lesson so I gave her a try. She is an amazing instructor, calm, patient and pleasant to interact with. Carolina helped me to over come my anxieties about driving and finally get my license. Ideal is a top notch driving school. I've been struggling with parallel parking which kept me from passing my road test.. However, I stumbled upon Ideal and I called they scheduled me for an hour practice for the day of the road test in that same week. Receptionists are SUPER accommodating.. Used this driving school for both my daughters...They did a great job working with them on their driving and getting them ready for their permit and test...However the best part is they really work with you and help you with all the paperwork the DMV requires.....They help you with the paperwork and let you know exactly what you need to do....That alone was worth the price of the lessons.....I highly recommend this driving school...
