My son did his 6 hour training in 12/2015. Imagine my surprise when I find out months later that his instructor NEVER took him to have his permit validated. I called the school and they assured me that they would take care of the problem and that his permit could be validated with the date he completed his 6 hours. That was not the case. We had to do the work that we paid them to AND found out it is illegal to backdate his permit. He now has to wait well after his birthday to get his license. We've left several messages for the owner Charles Snyder to return our phone calls which he has yet to do. The office manager just says, "I can only give him the message. I can't make him call you." So, only the owner of the company can rectify this situation but he ignores the valid complaint of a paying customer. Read Less
