As already truely said by few other reviewers Mr. Cham is little impatient towards new learners. He tried to extend number of sessions by giving incomplete knowledge just to make more money. He was nice at first but took 2 sessions in the very first meeting. I thought this would be too much for me to grasp in one go so I requested for just 1 session each week to which he got annoyed. After that my rest of the sessions went on getting worse. My husband did all the teaching as my paid instructor was not doing his job. It annoyed Mr. Cham further and he started finding faults in the way I was driving. One session before my exam he completely took my confidence down and even till my last session he did not have taught me parallel parking. He insisted on taking extra session other wise I was not going to pass the exam. But since his teaching was making me loose my confidence I did not take the session.I mastered parallel parking with my husband several times. I did use Mr. Cham's car to give the exam for extra money. So he came with me to driving exam, just before the exam he was curious to see how I do my parallel parking so he asked me to show it.. I showed my newly acquired parallel parking skill without his help. Not to mention I got my license in first try. That time Mr. Cham did say sorry and he did teach me some good techniques but before that he had completely set me up for failure. Since he said sorry I did not write any negative review for long time but since we depend largely on reviews these days I felt I should tell everyone how he treated me even after paying so much money. The instructor that I had had good knowledge and tips for driving but he was not suited to teach. He was very mean when the smallest mistakes were made calling me the dumbest student he's ever had and even went as far as to slap my hand. He is very unprofessional at times and while doing the practicing driving he was constantly on the phone. Once again, I'm not doubting his knowledge of the Road Test or of driving in general I just feel that he gets frustrated way too easily with his students and his methods are questionable at the very least but hey... Internet Driving School has very great and professional instructors. They helped me pass my first driving test on the first try. They helped boost my confidence in driving.
