Horrible cust. service I scheduled on their website for a 4 pm review and car service for 1 month later. They emailed me said they only on up to 3:30pm. I changed the schedule with DMV and let them know 3:30 is fine. Then they sent me another email saying they only do it up to 2:30 pm. Horrible!!! If you only do it up to certain time, why don't spell it out on your website??? Or, that's a way of profiling and refusing services to certain people???? Read Less

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Approach Driving School. I'm 38 years old and the older I got, the more afraid of driving I became, so I kept putting off getting my license. Finally I decided I needed to conquer this. My instructor was Fred Eckert and he was great! He was able to put me at ease with his calm demeanor, experience and sense of humor and make me feel confident behind the wheel. I went from being TERRIFIED to drive to parallel parking in Morristown with confidence in six hours. I felt he really went the extra mile to ensure that I knew everything that could come in handy driving in NJ. He took me to the testing site prior to my test and explained the procedure in detail, thus demystifying the whole thing and considerably decreasing my anxiety. Needless to say, I passed my test! My instructor is Christina and she is amazing.  Not only is her engery calm but she really helps you to calm down, I'm awfully nervous and anxious and she puts my mind at ease.She goes over what will be on the road test which is great.  More importantly she helps you to understand and prepare for after the test, real life.I recommend her to any driver at any age, I am an older driver, she is patient with me.She is a professional! The worse driving school in the history of driving schools ! The person I spoke to changed his prices 5 times within a 2 day span ! Oh and did I mention ? He made me miss my road test all because he changed his mind more than 5 times. Just when I was going to meet him he changed his mind again and told me to come a different time. Save yourself the trouble I am telling you ! AND JUST BECAUSE IT IS CLOSE BY DO NOT MEAN A THING. Go somewhere that is worth your money ! And FYI they are not good instructors either . Read Less

Mubashra Sheikh is the perfect teacher!! I was able to do a hour practice before testing and w/o any problem passed easily!!! She really knows how to teach you and give you a lot of confidence so you can succeed on the road test.The experience of getting a getting a license driver can be very frustrating with documentation and everything, but I`m happy that in the end could have the opportunity to know this instructor. UPDATE 11/21/2016: Diane had reached back out to us and had not only found the document but had extended an offer to make things right. I feel satisfied with her response. ORIGINAL POST: Came recommended by our Daughter's friend's family. Lost an original copy of our daughter's birth certificate. Offered to pay for replacement copy of the certificate - which is a given. Offered nothing in return for the loss of an original document. Diane knew how many students signed up this week off the top of her head - the second indication that numbers are most important here - not the students or service provided. Do not recommend.
