They don't pick up when you call and also don't let you know that you have to cancel an appointment 24 hours early. So I just ended up paying $70 for one hour. She really wouldn't let me reschedule. But the guy who was teaching me was really nice and helped a lot. I didn't even have my permit with me and had to be picked up from my university. Cesar is the best instructor out there. Nothing can compare to how much he loves his job in teaching young and new drivers. He's the man. Really knows how to make you feel comfortable in your first time driving out on the roads. He was able to make me feel confident in driving and taught me everything that I needed to know for my road test. This will be the only review you need to read to know why Caeser is the best instructor in the area or hey in the state. My first class was with a asshole from another school and he was bitching the whole time and yelling along with disgusting attitude. No customer service knowledge at all. Caesar crushes this dude in every way. Caeser knows about customer service, from day one he gave the best customer experience possible and I loved it. He didn't give me any bad attitude an...d taught me everything in a nice way. I don't know why people think by yelling and showing attitude will get someone to learn, it doesn't it actually makes people switch brands. I came across this place from a listing of DMV licensed driving schools.I called to ask for hourly rates, and before I could even finish my sentence, the woman on the phone is yelling at someone in the background... I was compelled to ask her if I had called the correct number. I should have hung up then, but I continued the call. I told her I lived in Paterson and wanted to know how much the hourly rate was and she said $35. Ok, no problem. Then I asked her for a 2 hour rate because the other driving schools I called give you a discount for 2 hours. She replied in a snarky tone, "Well, I just said the 1 hour lessons are $35." How unprofessional. Then when I asked her how much was the Road Test Service, she asked, "Where do you live?" Too bad she wasn't even listening to me. As soon as she said how much it was, she hung up. Why would I even bother taking lessons here when they don't even know how to talk to potential customers over the phone?The best part is that they probably don't care. Read Less
