Would give 0 stars if I could. Made appointment in February and confirmed 7 days before test for pre test practice and for test. Was supposed to arrive 7:45. Never showed up. We called 5 times, left messages without return call. My wife had to come home from work to take him last minute with a large car he hasn't driven, losing a day of work. Instructor arrived 9:10 and test was at 9:20. I told him he was late and to go and I would review him online. He said I would be lying if I did. I told him appointment was made with his wife and he said we never make mistakes. He said it was me, my mistake. Later that morning he called me to tell me it was his mistake that he read the paper wrong. Completely unreliable and I would recommend not to use this company. Read Less
