Nibal was my instructor and she made driving very easy to learn. I was under the impression that parallel parking was really hard to explain and therefore really hard to learn. Nibal showed me how to do it once and I was able to do it correctly on my first try. I waited until I was 18 to get my permit because I was scared of zoning out on the highway or getting into an accident. I wasn't scared or even nervous when we went on the highway and I was completely focused. She made the whole experience very calming and she would do a little clap when I did something correctly which made me smile. I highly recommend this driving school. Read Less

Having Don as my instructor made learning how to drive very simple. He was very helpful and is a great person to be around. Don also helped me pass my written test (2nd try) and my driving test (1st try). If you are a new driver go to this school and recommend Don as your driving instructor. Read Less

It was horrible!!! I fail to understand how is it that this place received 5 stars when they exercised 0 customer service. The young lady who picked up the phone hung up on me 11 times. I was merely trying to get driving lessons for my daughter. Is this not a business? I called again for a man to pick up the phone without proper and professional greeting to tell me this was his person line. Oh really?? Do you mix your personal line with business line? Furthermore I was on a mission to get down to the bottom of this bafoonery because it was really troubling. I spoke with the young lady who obviously did not exercise good listening skills as well as the man. I found myself educating both individuals on what it means to give great customer service. Although they apologized eventually. I explained to them that I will send a complaint to the BBB. I truly hope this company is not using their friends and family to boost their ratings because that would be of disservice to hardworking and paying customers. Read Less

very good driving school , I used this school to take my motorcycle road test. The instructor I had was Maria, she was extremely nice and professional. She showed up 2 hours before my test and gave me a full course on the road test which was identical to the real thing. I practiced for about an hour and then I passed with flying colors. I highly recommend this driving school for any type of license. Read Less

My experience with them was very good at first when I contacted the girl to make the appointments and payments, everything went so good.  I got the first appointment fine BUT the second appointment was not so great.  Part of the deal was to pay extra $ to take my child to motor vehicle to validate their permit.  It didn't turn out so well because on the way there she got charged for an hour when I call back to talk about it they gave me a negative feedback on this.  By saying that the instructor gave her some verbal instructions on how to be a good driver for an hour but she was NOT driving.  When I attempt a third time to fix this problem I asked to speak to the owner of the company which he never contacted me back.  Later the girl later called me and assured me she won't be charged for the hour.  I believe that I was treated not fairly at that time perhaps in the future anyone who is going to use this company should have a contract in writing with them. My 16 year old daughter took a 6 hour course for teens with the Golden Wheel Driving School, located in Elmwood Park, NJ. Her instructor, Ariel, is a great guy with good sense of humor, which helped to make each 2 hour class relatively stress free. His knowledge, positive energy and responsibility provided an excellent educational experience for my daughter. I would highly recommend this school to all new drivers. Thank you, Ariel.The only thing is the school uses smart cars, so after their lessons you need to adjust to the feeling of the size of your own car. Read Less
