Today (8/20/2016.3:20pm).I'd tried to have some information about commercial driver license, but th e lady who got the answer just hanged up on me in the middle of talking and turned into answering machine. No more answer or any response.The lady was so rude and un professional.She doesn't even know about commercial driver's license but wrong info.They supposed to open 4:00pm on Saterday but she told me 3:30pm and rush to go home.NOT friendly at all.Good thing is that I've realized and escaped from junk driving school.Good bye absolute trash .... The absolute worst so called "driving school" to be found in the area!! The instructors are terrible with giving basic directions (and hardly speak English well enough to comprehend what they actually want you to do). I had payed for 3 individual two hour lessons, once a week and to take the last one the day of my road test. First off, they kept switching between the cars I'd be using to practice in. They were all older Honda civics, each different to its own (ex: one had stiff brakes/steering, one had VERY WEAK brakes and loose steering). Secondly, I had a different instructor pick me up each time for a lesson. Not that it was a much of problem, but I've noticed that each instructor taught differently/more strict than the previous one I had worked with. The last instructor I had worked with rode on their passenger side brakes almost the entire time I was on the road making it extremely hard for me to take full control of the car. I was able to pick up learning to parallel park from them but that was it. Today was my last lesson and what do you know, I failed my road test. All signs lead me to believe it's due to driving in a different vehicle each time, which I fully blame on them. The whole point of me taking these lessons were to have consistent practice in a single car that I'd be confident in taking the road test in so that I would pass the first time....and that was far from what I got. I've got a two week waiting period before I can legally retake it, but they decided to reschedule for me at the DMV today....but they apparently don't have any openings until April 3rd (well over a month away) which does not sit with me. They really screwed me over $300+. In conclusion, just stay away from these unprofessionals. You'd be better off teaching yourself at their rate anyway. Take care. Read Less
