From first contact, to my stepdaughter's last lesson, Don Willmot and Open Road Driving Academy were professional, punctual and perfect at what they do. My stepdaughter was terrified of driving. I needed to get my daughter driving lessons to get her permit and then license and we were lucky enough to find Don and Open Road Driving.  I was a nervous wreck about her driving, but Don put my wife and I AND my daughter at ease immediately.  I was comfortable with him and trusted him taking her out on the road.  He was easy to talk to and made my daughter not only chat, but got her comfortable behind the wheel while on side roads and major highways.  He challenged her to do the things she was nervous about and created a very good driver who was very prepared for her test (passed on the first try).It was great that he also managed the paperwork process and getting her to the MVC for testing and getting her license.  We couldn't use either of our vehicles for her test and Don's is perfectly acceptable for testing (the tester needs access to the emergency brake). A word of advice...don't wait until test day to figure out what paperwork you will need for your 6 points of ID.  We've already recommended Don to multiple people and will continue to do so.
