During my road test I was extremely nervous, but she kept telling me to relax and take your time, which is honestly the best way of taking on the road test. Had such a great experience! I never really write reviews but I ran to write this one. I took my road test yesterday and I passed! Joshua took me to my test site and he was amazing now only did he arrive early to pick me, but he made sure I had all my paperwork and prepped me on the test. I just passed my road test today. My teacher, Gina was such an amazing teacher. She is such a kind and positive teacher. She helped me so much and my driving definitly improved. She is very understanding because I have anxiety when it comes to driving and especially the road test (after failing 2 times) Gina helped me by giving me very important and useful driving tips and easy ways to remember how to pass the test and just very good general advice. Extremely great school. I passed my road test on the first try! The instructors are patient, calm, and truly make you feel comfortable behind the wheel. I did my six hours in two sessions and even though it was long, I enjoyed every minute of it. There were no complaints my whole time with Universal. I would highly give this school 100 (Star's) for such excellent service the person I met originally was Ms.Jennifer she is very nice,professional and gave me reasonable appointments with my schedule. But to my Wonderful and fabulous my former instructor (Ms. Gina) she was and still is the very best driving instructor that I ever had she has been very kind,very patient and calm and she made it a lot easier for me to learn.Thanks to the Lord, my mom and her I finally passed my Road test in 1 take.
