Thank you Pedro for getting me ready for my CDL A road test. He taught me everything I need to know about stick shifting like double clutching, turns and alertness than when I went back to Smith and Solomon to take my Road test I passed smoothly. If you going to a school and they don't give u one on one and u doing groups and u feel it's not helping and u still need private lessons I recommend going to Pedro for private one on one tractor trailer lessons! It is very affordable and the private roads he trains you on plus the highway he has you going on when u ready will help you over come the fear of driving a Tractor Trailer. Horrible customer service! Rude, nasty, lazy, misinforming, and l rushing a potentially new client off the phone. I attempted to schedule classes to learn how to park. When the driver got to my location he informed me I couldn't even take any lessons because I had a New York permit ... thank you front desk receptionist for letting me know that the documents I had did not suffice!! Fine, I went to the DMV and got my New Jersey permit. I gave them another chance because of these, clearly fake, google reviews. I scheduled another lesson and unfortunately I had to reschedule because I was away touring colleges and my flight got cancelled. But luckily my airline informed me the day I left and I immediately called and left a message...another reason for this 1 star rating...they NEVER answered their phone! I called multiple times and I left a message TWO DAYS in advance, which the receptionist let me know that if I had to cancel or reschedule it should be two days prior. They called me back the next day and rudely told me that "for future reference" if I cancel it has to be two BUSINESS days. But I was NEVER told that originally!!! And now I cannot schedule any appointments over the phone and have to physically go in person because I didn't cancel on a business day. Then what's the point of a "future reference" if they, themselves NEVER INFORMED ME IN THE FIRST PLACE that it had to be BUSINESS DAYS!!! The urgency of getting my license was increasing during this fiasco, so I ended up PHYSICALLY going to the office and scheduling an appointment, giving them yet another chance. The only availability they had was during the night for one hour. I told my mom this whole situation and she finally had enough and called the school at 3:00 PM on a Thursday. Once again they DID NOT ANSWER their phone, but their answering machine clearly says to call during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. She proceeded to leave a message saying that it was too late for a beginner driver to have lessons in the evening. They called her back, with their nasty attitude and blamed everything on me!!! This is one of the most horrendous experiences a business ever put me through. All these 5-star reviews are clearly all bought because it does not describe the nasty, arrogant attitudes of the women who answer the phones- who do not give you the correct information over the phone and then blame everything on you if something goes wrong. I wouldn't even bother leaving a review but the THREE TIMES I tried to give this driving school a chance, they failed miserably. NASTY, MISLEADING, AND RUDE!!! Do not even bother with them. I called another driving school in the area and the gentleman on the other line not only was extremely informative but even walked me through the process of setting up a road test with the DMV and scheduled several lessons for me a month prior to taking the road test. My brother passed his CDL class A on the first try !!    How lucky he is to choose right school on time.  All the instructors are really great and have patience during his driving skill practice and pinpoint his problems.  I thanks Mr. Pedro and other staff from the bottom of my heart for their hard working and great favor. I think my brother made good decision to choose this school after searching all the CDL school in this area. It doesn't necessary means to be a huge or chain school when it comes to get a CDL on time. As I know that most of  schools take 2to3 months to take the first road test after initial registration. The good thing is this school allow you to have a road test whenever you are ready. Also schedules are flexible depense on your availableness. I've already brought my friend  who had spent many hours from other school and finally faild.
