Had great driving experience with this school. Instructor Guy is knowledgeable, professional and patient. I became a confident driver from the second class I took with Guy. I'll start by saying that my daughter did learn and passed the class & the price is about $50 cheaper than other options in this area. With that said...he very frequently grabs the wheel while the student is driving & sometimes even jerks it. We are almost done with the 40 hours of parent supervised driving and I have NEVER felt the need to grab the wheel while she was driving. So I find it hard to believe that it was frequently necessary to do so with the instructor, Guy. She also has severe anxiety to begin with and when he would grab the wheel she said it scared her so much she felt nauseous & she would be shaking (while still driving) for a little bit afterward. Second, be forewarned: He listens to extremist Christian radio talk shows while in the car with students and even uses the topic (often on abortion) as a discussion starter with the students. BEYOND inappropriate in my opinion. It almost seems he is using the fact that the kids are pretty much stuck in the car with him for 1-4 hours at a time as an opportunity to push his views on impressionable teens. My other children will not be taking driver's ed from Guy & Scenic Driving School and I will be sure to mention this to anyone looking for a recommendation or opinion. Read Less

This was a great course! I was taught how to be a cautious responsible driver. I found that it prepared me very well for my driving test. This course wasn't easy, but it wasn't hard, but of course nothing Great was ever easily accomplished. Read Less
