Don’t go here it’s not a good school don’t trust all the good reviews like I did.🤦🏾‍♂️I believe they did most them good reviews themselves just to make the school look good.They don’t give you your full training scheduled hours to learn how to drive a commercial bus or truck they will keep releasing you early and not give you the proper CDL training.They all after your money.From office lady Michelle,Danny the instructor who was overall a good instructor during the lil time I was getting to learn how to drive class b school buses and trucks,But he still like the rest of them when you tell him your problems during school and testing time.But most definitely The RACIST rude test examiner who give you the final pre-trip test and road test to get your license from the dmv.He think he can talk to people any kind of way including his coworkers the instructors and students who attend the school.I witnessed it.He failed me on my Passenger,School bus,Box truck test talking about I miss it by a few points.When I know I been studying hard to ace this test smh.He is a lie because he stopped my test 3 times and went over to the other side blowing a loud whistle and yelling at the instructor and students like they kids,Who was learning how to drive the Semi-truck.Which was totally wrong and unfair to me during my final testing time.But he didn’t do that to the white and Hispanic students everybody pass.So don’t put your hard earn cash or any type of financial aid they have you to go sign up for to attend this school.They also charge to much to train you because they money hungry and don’t care to really train you properly when other school is way cheaper.But I took it because of the schedule was convenient for me.They had me pay for my driving permit myself which was included in my financial aid payment they received when they supposed to write you a check to obtain your driving permit once you pass all your computer tests at the dmv.So I was told I was getting my reimbursement back and never received it they keep giving me the run arounds talking about the accountant not in or the accountant not that really.I also witnessed a instructor made a student cry because she was messing up in the semi truck training and he was getting frustrated with her so she mentioned she wanted to give up.But I guess she gave up because I didn’t see her today in the training yard.I wasted time and money $4300.They scammer’s guys because they have u to sign a no refund policy paper.Trust me guys GO ELSEWHERE I STRONGLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL.Check they reviews on yelp y’all will see other students who experienced the same thing as me.Piss Off.😡 Read Less

First I would like to thank our instructor Mike Graham and the rest of the DTR staff for being a world class bunch! These guys crammed 2+ months of curriculum into a very fast paced 4 weeks, and did it in a way that the average fella like myself could retain and utilize all the information. From the pre-trip, the air-brakes and skills, and finally the actual on the road driving, DTR in my opinion offers the best all around crash coarse in trucking on the block. Thanks for the education guys, and if anyone was looking to get started in the transportation industry, DTR is most definitely a great place to start!! Read Less

The school has been an amazing experience. The instructors went above and beyond in making sure we learn as much about trucking as possible. DTR educates it's students beyond the bare minimum in order to make sure we are prepared for the road as well as the current trends of the trucking industry.I highly Recommend DTR School of Trucking for a great Education..
