We purchased the product, set it up in the truck, and within a week, it malfunctioned. I emailed your team twice and did not get a response. I called 4 times. My coworker called 3 times. Then, when I finally got through and was told that they had a customer service team representative available so they transferred me, but again, NO ONE PICKED UP. I called again and they transferred me, but it was to the wrong team. This has to be the most frustrating experience I've exhibited with customer service. I still haven't figured it out and I am paying a monthly fee to own this thing. Read Less

Works well. It is a low hassle way to monitor and coach my teanage driver. I reward A's And B's with extra gas money , D means no driving the next day.

We purchased the product, set it up in the truck, and within a week, it malfunctioned. I emailed your team twice and did not get a response. I called 4 times. My coworker called 3 times. Then, when I finally got through and was told that they had a customer service team representative available so they transferred me, but again, NO ONE PICKED UP.
