I feel it is my responsibility as a parent of a young driver to add my experience. Classic's instructor, Tabatha was very professional and good. My son took his 1st final test for his lisence with a miserable old lady named Kathy from Courtesy. She only spoke to use to ask for money. She waved us over with her finger!! She did not read or tell us anything as to what she is looking for or allow us to ask questions. She made him so nervous beyond his normal nerves and didn't pass him for USING his blind spots when switching lanes.Before that She sat with a frown, rudely speaking and in no way cared about anything but money. Now with Classic and Tabatha it was completely opposite. She really wanted my son to feel comfortable. She told him by reading a form giving him an idea of what the road test laws are and what they look for. She also allowed him to ask questions and gave him words of encouragement. He was so scared after the first horrible experience with Kathy at Courtesy. Tabatha gave very constructive feedback, and she works really good with people. You can tell it comes naturally. I wish we were with Classic from the beginning but at least I hope some parents will read this and learn from our mistake. I had a great experience at Classic! I took the training class and test for my CDL A and couldn't be more pleased. John was my instructor, and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped my with all aspects of driving, as well as helping me to build confidence in my ability to perform well on the actual test. He was very patient and personable. I definitely recommend a training session to get familiar with the proper procedures and techniques. I took my driving test a few weeks later, and Ido was awesome! He was thorough, patient, and fun to test with. I passed my test with little difficulty, and I attribute a large portion of my success to John and Ido. The staff at Classic want to see you succeed and come away with the skills and confidence to safely and properly operate a commercial vehicle.
