Regardless of if I passed or failed, I had a horrible experience. Before we even started driving, or the parking segment, I already knew that the man I was with lacked any type of manners or courtesy....
Regardless of if I passed or failed, I had a horrible experience. Before we even started driving, or the parking segment, I already knew that the man I was with lacked any type of manners or courtesy. I barely post reviews unless I have super awesome service. Well this time, it was the opposite. It was HORRID. I have never in my entire life had anyone treat me with so much contempt for no reason! First let me explain that I understand that it's a high stress job and it's okay to yell if you feel your life is in danger as a passenger. But his attitude started even BEFORE the test. I always thought that if I treated an adult with respect, I'd get the same in return. But this man (who failed to introduce himself to me) was the most awful example of a professionalism. I never raised my voice with him, said anything disrespectful or "smart", disobeyed his instructions or put him in any danger throughout the test. I admit I made one mistake which was a bad move on my part, but even before that his attitude made me uncomfortable. Before entering my car, he THREW his clipboard (which was about an inch thick) onto my dashboard which made me jump and papers slid everywhere onto the floor and the seat. I wouldn't have minded had he just set it down or hell, even asked me to hold it. This already made me feel that he was upset with me (before we started) and he didn't feel like being there. At this point I was in the parallel parking spot (which I passed. Yaaay) but as he gave me instructions to start heading towards the street, I began backing up in my spot to avoid knocking the cones down infront of me when I turned. I of course checked my mirrors and looked behind me while I inched back as if there was an actual car behind me. Suddenly he yells for me to " Just GO! What are you DOING? What is WRONG with you?"
Again, I understand it's a high stress job and I've practiced driving with people who have yelled at me before for serious mistakes. I've even had people grab my steering wheel, but having someone yell at me for being cautious made me even more nervous throughout the test. Now before you think I'm biased and just don't like the company, I do have one good thing to say. The two receptionists I talked to to make my appointment and the one who handled my paperwork were extremely proffesional, nice, and all around stellar. That's why I was so surprised when the instructor was so rude. I wish I was over exaggerating. Please please please save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. The best part is, and if this doesn't make you think, he offered to let me retake my test (yes I failed) for FREE! Of course logically, I could just go back and try again but I would rather PAY $60 dollars to go somewhere else than to get in a vehicle with that man again. I'm assuming he was the owner of the business and didn't really feel like he had to be polite but I guess he forgets that we are still paying customers, not students or children. Anyways, if I were you, I'd save the money to go to a driving school thats actually professional (and isn't an hour late for the test :D ).

This is the worst driving school inside of metro Detroit BEWARE!!! Complete scammers they just want you to pay so they can fail you and keep the money. During the parking portion of the drivers test a semi pulled into the parking lot and pulled in front of my car 3 times and almost hit my car during the testing if I had pulled up an inch I would have hit him. The instructor did not explain anything. Also we arrived at 140 pm and the owner had us sit and wait for an hour before he got up from his computer and off the phone. So rude !! They just want the money no concern at all for customers DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!This is by far the biggest joke of a class, instructor, course, and scooter yes a scooter that doesn’t run, the lights are hanging off of it, the brakes do not work it is in no way safe ...
BEWARE!!!!!!!!This is by far the biggest joke of a class, instructor, course, and scooter yes a scooter that doesn’t run, the lights are hanging off of it, the brakes do not work it is in no way safe to drive and most certainly not street legal. This man not only puts you in danger on that POS bike his class is designed for you to fail the first time so you have to go back and pay him 80.00$ a second time. The course is no where nere the the size and layout that Michigan law says it should be he makes you start from the wrong direction the spots on the ground you need to swerve back and forth between are too close for even a bicycle. he has you take the test in the same tiny parking lot as a drivers training class you will have cars that are moving in your way and almost hitting you while you do this test.

Just passed my motorcycle skills test. Ahmed and Zainab are very friendly people. Ahmed, the instructor, was very clear with the instructions and patient with me when I asked for clarity on how to do a couple of the exercises.

HORRIFIC. I took my road test here and he was very anal about every detail. The parking half of the session I did farley well and yet he failed me on that. BIG PILE OF DOOKIE!!!

I went as a walk in. Made no appointments. Went on a Tuesday 9:15am and there was only on other person before me who was also taking their road test. Didn't even wait 10 minutes to start my test. The staff at front desk were really nice and were able to answer my questions. The actual road test was great. We first did the parking test. Passed with no problem and after went on the streets, from there to the freeway and back to the streets. The only thing that is keeping me from rating it a 5/5 stars is that I felt the instructor was being a little rude. Nothing big though, I just felt that if he knew that it's my first time taking my road test and I'm nervous, maybe he should be a little loose. For example when he told me to make a left turn, I accidentally put my right signal and I shift to the right he was telling me "I said left, left, I said left, LEFT" I felt that it wasn't necessary for him to repeat himself. It made him sound a little rude. I knew I did a mistake and if you told me once I will correct myself. I don't know, Maybe that's how they do it and I'm overthinking it. But if you were to ask me if I am satisfied that I did my road test there, my answer would be a yes, I am happy. It was a good experience and I would recommend it to people. I would recommend that if you want to go as a walk in then go in the morning, a little after they open during the week (Mon-Thurs). But you can also call and make an appointment. This is of course just my opinion and my own experience.

Truck broke down three time and they closed the school for a couple of days during training and when I tried to get my money back they denied me. Places like this is why I don't trust people.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, the guy never answers the damn phone and when he does he lies about available walk in times, when you get there they tell you it's to late, or there moped isn't working, I couldn't take my own bike because I had no one to ride to the testing facility with me. This place sucks.

This place is terrible. I ruined my coat due to wet paint. Its a house with multiple busnisses running out of it and then the people are very rude. The receptionist had a very bad attitude. The older guy who gave me my road test was yelling at me from the time I got in the driver seat to the time I completed the test. He was trying so hard to distract me. I told him to stop yelling at me. I passed but he was very rude and impatient.

Worst place to go for any motorcycle testing. Showed up the first time an the instructor left early.... Then the second time I left work early to get there before he would leave and the man said that the instructor is in Grand Rapids for the day.. VERY inconstant. Change your days and hours or dont have a business at all. Go anywhere else but here!!!

Don't go here. I don't know why my stupid friends recommended this place. Apparently if you take driving classes with them they take you on the same course that's in the exam and they pass you more easily. Cons: 1. No appointments, you have to go there and sit for more than 2 hours before you can get tested. 2. The place is filthy to the point that I have to wash my pants now after having sat on their filthy chairs. 3. They have more than one business operating in a HOUSE. 4. They don't take credit cards. 5. The car that I rode in was old, shaky and you couldn't even adjust the mirrors properly. 6. The route they take you on is a pretty bad route. There's a traffic light that jumps from green to yellow to red in 2 seconds which makes it easy to run a light. 7. The staff are rude.Pros: What? Are you kidding me? This place has no pros.

I wish I had checked the reviews before going to this place... Such a waste of time and money. I was just in such a rush. Everything is true, VERY UNORGANIZED.. Sat there 5 hours with only 2 people ah...
I wish I had checked the reviews before going to this place... Such a waste of time and money. I was just in such a rush. Everything is true, VERY UNORGANIZED.. Sat there 5 hours with only 2 people ahead of me. The place has like 5 businesses running out of it and it's dirty to the point your not even sure if you want to sit down. The driver instructors look to fail you so you come back and waste more money. I would never recommend this place to anyone! The staff was unfriendly and the instructor wont tell you where your going until last second before turning or getting off or on a freeway exit. They even take you on a route with a broken traffic light that jumps from all black to yellow to red so if u don't know the area u might run a light. Do yourself a favor I wish I had done and do not go here. You're better off making an appointment somewhere else even if you have to wait a day or 2.

Beware-- Don't waste your time here. They do NOT take walk ins. What they really do is tell you, "First come, first serve". So you wake up early in the morning to be the first one to arrive. Then you sign in, sit down, wait awhile, and then finally get called up...only to be told to make an appointment for another day. Place is filthy. Service is rude. Whilst explaining how she cannot serve us, the receptionist continued to take phone calls as we sat and watched her. Absolutely baffled that this is a business.

This place was a big let down. They advertised same day walk in road tests but it's not true. They open at 10am. I got there less then an hour later. When I came in she asked if I was here for a road test. I said yes and was told have a seat and I'll be right with you. Maybe 15 min goes by and she calls me up tells me they are booked for road tests and I should fill out the paperwork and make an appointment for another day. So they do not do same day walk in road tests. If they want you to test by appointment they should say so and not waste peoples time. All over the website its says "same day walk in" so they are full of crap and a waste of time. So disappointed in them. Don't advertise something you don't do.

Before we even started driving, or the parking segment, I already knew that the man I was with lacked any type of manners or courtesy. I barely post reviews unless I have super awesome service. Well this time, it was the opposite. It was HORRID. I have never in my entire life had anyone treat me with so much contempt for no reason! BEWARE!!!!!!!!This is by far the biggest joke of a class, instructor, course, and scooter yes a scooter that doesn’t run, the lights are hanging off of it, the brakes do not work it is in no way safe to drive and most certainly not street legal. I went as a walk in. Made no appointments. Went on a Tuesday 9:15am and there was only on other person before me who was also taking their road test. Didn't even wait 10 minutes to start my test. The staff at front desk were really nice and were able to answer my questions. The actual road test was great. We first did the parking test. Passed with no problem and after went on the streets, from there to the freeway and back to the streets. The only thing that is keeping me from rating it a 5/5 stars is that I felt the instructor was being a little rude. Apparently if you take driving classes with them they take you on the same course that's in the exam and they pass you more easily. Cons: 1.
