I got in touch with this company over a month ago to schedule driving lessons as I saw they had great yelp reviews. As an adult looking for private lessons it was great that they said they were able to pick me up and drop me off at home for the lessons. I receive multiple confirmation emails with my lesson information and confirming the time and instructing me to text the owner, Keith Lee with my pick up/drop off address. I texted him the night before my lesson was schedule with the information and never got a text back, and I chalked it up to the fact that if they run their business this way they likely won't text back every client after they send information. I was supposed to have my lesson yesterday at 12:30 pm. Keith NEVER SHOWED. I called him twice and left a voicemail after it seemed he was running late, but he still never showed. It has been over 24 hours since I left him a voicemail with all of my contact info and still no one has reached out to me. This is a shameful way to run a business. I had to take time off of work to fit this lesson into my schedule and for what? Just a no show business. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. Read Less

Dexter is an amazing guy. He will make you very comfortable during road test and he will make sure that you keep correcting your mistakes. So listen to him carefully while taking the road test. I passed my road test just because of the useful tips of Dexter. This school is really great for road test and Academy driving school is worst because they are just hungry for money. Read Less

I would rate this place 10 stars if I could. Jennifer is the best! I was very anxious learning to drive but Jennifer was so very patient with me. Every lesson felt like I was just driving with a friend. She made me feel at ease, and with my anxiety issues, that's pretty hard to do! I do not feel as anxious anymore. She helped me gain confidence and she is very sincere in wanting her students to learn. I took my exam with Dexter, and he's another awesome person. He does what he can to make you feel comfortable during the test and he gives you pointers how to be a better driver too. This is definitely the place for driving lessons/road test! Read Less

I took my test with them today and I had a really awesome experience. They're very friendly and warm. At first, I was very nervous about the test but Keith was very casual. Got in touch with Jennifer on Friday morning to see how quickly we could get my son in for his road test. Surprisingly they had a spot Sunday morning and were willing to get us in. Because I was traveling I was only able to communicate by text and she was professional and very thorough even though it was awkward. Showed up and met her in person and I must say that she was super nice for it being 6:45 am on Sunday morning. She let us know that we would be testing with her dad, Keith. No problem as I read the other reviews and felt we were in good hands.To my horror the gas light came on while we were waiting. I told Keith and he said they could stop and put in $5.00 with, just in case. Super nice and a great experience for my son to practice filling the car. Over the top customer service and accommodation for my ding bat mistake.I did not go with them on the test as I am a phantom break pedal stomper and make my son nervous. He reported that Keith was very patient and put him as much at ease as he could be. He said he was not gruff, grumpy,or bossy but offered helpful suggestions in a teaching way, not just barking out directions or criticism.As I was waiting at the school I observed Jennifer also being very supportive and excited for the people that were testing with her.I wish I had researched driving school companies more for his level 1 & 2 classes. I feel like these two would have made it a positive experience and it would not have taken over a year for my son to get the confidence to take the road test. First I need to mention that all previous comments were right,!This is an excellent choice for a driving school.I went with my wife to take our practice test in order to get our USA driving license.Both Jennifer and Keith were very professional, they give us confidence in our driving skills, and at the end of the test they gave us some personal recommendation about our driving habits (Mexico).Also they kindly rent their car for the test because of insurance constrains with our car.As a foreign Resident in Michigan, with a bit of language constrains, I will encourage the use of this school to learn and to request a driving test.Congratulation for your professionalism, certainly I will strongly recommend your school in the future. It was a great experience. Dexter was my instructor, he's very professional and nice. He taught me how to drive safely, park easily and be confident on the road. Jennifer tested me, she's the nicest person ever. She took away all of the stress and anxiety and made the test go so smoothly. Highly professional instructors and examiners! I took a lesson with Dexter. He's not only corrected my mistakes, but also gave me very important driving tips! Now I feel more secure while driving!!!
