Worst experience ever! Zero stars for customer service. Seriously,u can't be ruder than this guy Andrew who runs the place. He forgets class timings and thinks he doesn't have to answer u properly if u don't pay him beforehand. I booked the 3 day class 3 weeks prior and called to confirm with him twice before and even on the day of the class. Since it was day to day based classes,I only had to pay after every class. So the day of my class,I cancelled all my appointments at work,set up a caretaker for my kid and made time postponing other plans..all for nothing. When he didn't come on the scheduled time,I had to call him and he asked if I could wait for another 2 hours. And even after I rescheduled all my programs again to make time for him since I thought he could have been genuinely caught up,he doesn't even have the curtesy to call after 2 hours. When I call,he just says he can only come the next day. And the guy was not even sorry! He first says I didn't schedule in that time,then when I remind him about all my calls,says his records have been messed up and was giving the excuse that one of his cars got into an accident during driving lessons and says he can't give me classes if I don't understand that! He made it very clear that he simply can't make it on my scheduled time for all 3 days and if I question that,he trashes me and hangs up! If he could be this rude even before me paying him,I can't imagine how he would be after payment! And to think about their cars getting into accidents during driving lessons to which he himself admitted..whoa! Thank Goodness I didn't go by the previous review and risk that. I heard later from my friends that they had similar bad experiences with this Andrew and inexperienced driving lessons too with this sonaar driving school,but had to bear with it just coz they had paid the full amount beforehand. Don't ever do this mistake! For just 5 extra bucks per hour(this guy charges u $45,others charge u $50) u can very well go to other good driving schools around the place,anywhere but here!! Read Less
