Mr. Burch is very inappropriate with the young ladies talking about what kind of guys do they like and how he has to cancel drives because he has a date with one of his three girlfriends. Told my daughter put on some heavy makeup and go clubbing while on spring break. He is there for one purpose to teach driving not talk to the girls inappropriately and not to sit on his cell phone for most of the class. He cancels drives last minute not just on one occasion but several leaving students to finish the class without their drives in yet moving onto the next class when he should be finishing with the prior class. Don't use this company. Worst people ever to deal with. My daughter took their segment 2 class in January and still hasn't received her paperwork. The people at the office keep giving me the run-around and won't return my calls at all. It's so bad that the voicemail for the company is full every time I call them. Read Less
