If I could leave no stars I would. First off the guy that was supposed to give me my test, I believe his name was Tom, was late to showing up. Second, I understand its probably the worst job to give the driving test to teens, but this guy acted super hostile and didn't communicate at all on what he wanted me to do. $55 dollars to run over some cones, didn't get to take any other part of the test other than pulling forward and attempting to back into a space. Which the backing into a space part, I was never informed in driving school that it was something the was on the test. So I failed, and was told rudely that I would need to come back and pay more money to show that I could back into a space. Complete bs.

Buyer Beware!! - Scheduled driving test for my son on Sunday, showed up, and they took him in parking lot, he did very well, but Karen - failed him because he was partially on the "white line" - would not even take him on the road. Took $60 cash and would not refund. What a joke! He has been driving and parking with me for a year and does great. This is a scam!!! Stay away from Lake Orion location, by BBAmerica - and Karen, quick way to get your $60.

After spending over $300 for segment one and two you would think that scheduling a road test would be easy, especially for a returning student. After calling to find out the process to schedule a road test, I wasn't given the correct information and when I called the next day I couldn't hold her appointment without the information they failed to tell me. After talking with Terry who in not so many words calls me a liar, I will not give them one more penny of my money!!

Next time I should read comments before, this place is a joke the lady " Kathy " is mean and racist...
We arrive early and we use the parking test to try it ( we shouldn't do that ) this lady was like crazy yelling why did we use this ... after that we notice the young lady that was with her before in the road test was crying like a crazy that when notice something was wrong .... my wife don't speak English and when we make the appointment the office told us no issue and that I can drive with her... she do not allow me in a very rude way so..... we cancel the appointment pay 25 cash and went to another company no need to pay 55 to make her fail my wife she has been driving 15 years and 2 of them in Michigan. ( foreign driver license ) also when I call the office the manager I think called Terry super rude getting on Kathy side of course .... this is a shame really

First I would like to say I was wrong when reading everyone else's reviews. I decided to take a chance and judge them for myself. Boy was I wrong. I scheduled appointments for my son with the first appointment, at least I was told, June 18th, but when I received the contract it had a different date ( not realizing this until the day of the appointment). I tried calling, but realized they are closed on Sundays. I didn't have the instructors number, however, he eventually called asking why my son missed the appointment. I explained and sure enough he was told the 19th but his contract said the same thing mine said June 25th. I guess he contacted them and I was called and told I had to pay an extra $25 for a mistake I didn't make. I told them to cancel my other appointments because it was some bull. Do not I repeat do not do business with company. Please pay attention to the reviews. I wish I had.

Horrible experience. Car broke down on the first day, and so much was unnecessarily expected from us. Would not recommend to anybody on the face of this earth. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT take your child...

The only reason you're getting 2 stars is because I had a great experience with their driver's training in High School. I just recently took the road test and the instructor was awful he was super rud...
The only reason you're getting 2 stars is because I had a great experience with their driver's training in High School. I just recently took the road test and the instructor was awful he was super rude and wanted me to do things "faster" so people wouldn't honk at me on the road even if that involved doing something that wasn't exactly legal. I'm very disappointed.

First I would like to say I was wrong when reading everyone else's reviews. I decided to take a chance and judge them for myself. Boy was I wrong.
