Should be 10 stars. Best place to take your test hands down. I had Rich. He welcomed me with full respect. Spoke and gave the instructions with clear knowledge of how to and what to do. Made me feel even more comfortable chatting me me while driving and explanation on why not to do things and reasons not to do them. Thank you Rich your awesome

I had to retake the written and road test from some legal issues that made my license go bye bye. Was able to get a road test scheduled in less than 24hrs from calling. Helpful polite lady scheduled my test and took payment over the phone and my tester, Rich, is a great guy! Very friendly, professional, helpful, and fair. I absolutely recommend this driving school, and my kids will definitely go here in a few years when they need to learn to drive.

The instructor told me he was sick ( Ronnie ) I caught him on the road teaching other people that same day. He has cancelled on multiple occasions for ridiculous reasons one being for that his back was hurting, like all you have to do is sit in the car that’s no excuse to cancel. It’s excuse after excuse.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ROAD TEST AT THE 28491 UTICA LOCATION!! I'd give it zero stars if I could. I can't remember his name but he was a middle aged white man (it was john or bob maybe), he was extremely hostile. He yelled at me and was very insulting. Do not waste your money here.
** I do recommend driving LESSONS at this location with Ron (he was very nice). However, the actual driving TESTER was insanely rude so I'd recommend going somewhere else to test. The test is stressful enough as it is and you shouldn't have to pay someone $65 to scream at you for an hour.**

I took driving classes with Ronny. He is the best instructor in Michigan. I took couple of classes with some other driving schools. Both the previous instructors are rough. Ronny is so patient and very good at teaching. If it wasn't Ronny then i couldn't think of passing my test and Ronny became so good friend to me we are still in touch. We discuss various business Opportunities in Michigan. I took driving test at Michigan driving school. The person who did test was amazingly good person. Both Ronny and the middle aged white person are big assets to Michigan driving school. I recommend Michigan driving school, Ronny, and the test taker 100 percent.

Took my driving test with them today and they were amazing, made me feel comfortable but gave me important notes and point out my mistakes, glad that I've decided to go to them.

These bad reviews are inaccurate, I went there when I was 16 and I'm now 23 and just dropped my little brother off for the first time there. Jeff is a great teacher and I had absolutely no issues with this place, my only gripe is maybe they should do more to make it look better on the outside but keep in mind I went here when I was 16

Not only was my sister in law tested unlawfully according to applicable state laws but this driving school very rarely returned phone calls and the guy doing the testing was very rude. Anyone reading...
Not only was my sister in law tested unlawfully according to applicable state laws but this driving school very rarely returned phone calls and the guy doing the testing was very rude. Anyone reading this should look into elite driving school. Much better customer service.

I'm over 18 I didn't take classes only the test. My instructor was very rude and unprofessional yelling at me as if I'm an idiot. I've been driving for years and I'm very safe. My issue was I was using a way bigger car than I'm used to and he was just berating me asking if I even practiced. Seemed irritated that I didn't know how the test was going to go and what I should do when he blows his whistle. He probably though that since I was older I was just retaking the test and had done it before. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

My kids had a great experience at Michigan Driving School! They LOVED their teachers! They really do everything they can to make the experience as fun and educational as possible! I can't recommend them highly enough! Great prices too! Best in the area!

If I could give a negative 10 I would. My Instructor was extremely rude. he insulted me multiple times during my driving test. I had read reviews about the horrible service they provide but was not expecting this. I ended my test in tears. In no way did he even try to be polite or make a comfortable atmosphere, as you would expect a driving instructor to do.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS "BUSINESS", as they most surely don't respect or deserve their student's or parent's time. My daughter arrived for her segment two class today, her 16th birthday. She and about 15 other students waited an hour, no one arrived to teach the class. I called their "office" and left a message, which I never received a response to. When my daughter called she was told the classes were cancelled and "flyers were given out" to let students know. I was told TWO WEEKS ago the classes were still on; their own WEBSITE says that the classes are being held today, tomorrow, and Wednesday. Not only does my daughter have to wait until August to take the classes (and it sure as HE** won't be with THIS poor excuse of a business/school), but she also has to miss half of her vacation with her dad in August so she can take the courses (which she could have taken today with Elite Driving school). If I could give this "business" a negative star, I would do so. Giving one star is being MUCH too generous. Their atrocious disrespect for their student's time is deplorable; I can only hope others will learn from my daughter's disappointment, and go elsewhere.

my experiences with Michigan driving school were excellent. The teacher I had (Jeff) also made it a lot of fun and very enjoyable. I took it at the Warren Community Center.

I had to retake the written and road test from some legal issues that made my license go bye bye. Was able to get a road test scheduled in less than 24hrs from calling. Helpful polite lady scheduled my test and took payment over the phone and my tester, Rich, is a great guy! Very friendly, professional, helpful, and fair. I absolutely recommend this driving school, and my kids will definitely go here in a few years when they need to learn to drive.

Ronny is so patient and very good at teaching. If it wasn't Ronny then i couldn't think of passing my test and Ronny became so good friend to me we are still in touch. If I could give a negative 10 I would. My Instructor was extremely rude. he insulted me multiple times during my driving test. I had read reviews about the horrible service they provide but was not expecting this. I ended my test in tears. In no way did he even try to be polite or make a comfortable atmosphere, as you would expect a driving instructor to do.
