Instructor too lazy to show up using weather as an excuse,and the people that took my money over the phone didn't bother sending an email or a phone call for my cancellation. Even if they wanted to they couldn't call me because they never asked me for my phone number or forgot to write it down . Now I have to wait for 2 more weeks as everyone else that was scheduled after today gets to take their test . Very poor and unprofessional. Read Less
