I dropped my son off for his driving test. I didn't notice but my car insurance proof was not up to date because the issuer upgraded the computer and kicked me out of the system, instead of renewing me. I did not have the latest renewal paper in the glove compartment. The person administering the test told me that she had been there since 8 a.m. and needed to go somewhere and could not wait for me to have a renewal emailed to me. We tried to reschedule and hoped to not lose the 50.00 (remember how the test used to be free when given from the DMV?) but they would not budge. They claimed that since the person giving the driving test had to be paid, they could not refund me. But she was only there for 10 minutes while I tried to get an insurance copy, and then left. SO! Integrity received 50 dollars for 10 minutes of inconvenience, which comes out to 300.00 per hour. Then they charged another 50.00 to retest. We are stuck with their decision because no one else gives the test, but compassion and understanding are foreign to them if it means losing a dollar or two. Read Less

Paid $80 for a driving test with rental car and the guy did not spend more than 5 minutes with my son and said he failed the test because he bumped a cone parallel parking. He didn't even take him driving at all. Go read the reviews folks, I wish I would have! $80 dollars down the drain for a company that has the nerve to call themselves "integrity" when they take $80 in 5 minutes, ugh! Read Less

The turning radius on a supersport just won't make it around the tight box. The instructor was disrespectful & rude to top it off. Read Less
