I received a great amount of compassion from the owner when I attended. My father died while I was attending and I missed classes and driving time while searching for his body. Not only were they very helpful and kind while rescheduling but in my absence Mrs. Borse got a card and had everyone in the class write kind words to me. Response to Jennifer O complaint....This complaint is completely false and must be addressed. No driving instructor ever slapped a student driver from our driving academy. Students are treated with care, patience and respect ALWAYS! The 19 and 20 year old brother sister team were mentally challenged and difficult, (as were the parents), using foul language, not keeping driving appointments and making horrible threats of taking us to court if we didn't offer the times they wanted. It was difficult finding an instructor that would even get into the vehicle with them. It's a shame that we were unable to satisfy these "students", but I can assure all, that we set high standards for the staff and go out of our way to make our students feel secure and enjoy the experience of learning to drive.
