I would give zero stars if I could! She doesn't take into account the weather. Got marked down for not turning exactly when light turned green even though son was making sure people were gonna be able to stop... Said he didn't get up to speed on ramp, was going 60 by the time he hit freeway, AND THERE WAS SNOW!... Then car pulled out in front of him, according to her he shouldn't have slown down because he could have got rear ended, so she would have him hit the car in front of him, THIS IS A NO FAULT STATE! Dawn is the worst road tester ever! She shouldn't even be allowed to drive, let alone decide who can or can't! She tried to get my son into an accident, luckily he is a better driver than she is, just too bad we used her, 100 percent sure he would have passed with a competent instructor. Read Less

I used Alcon for both my son in 2014 and my daughter early 2016. I was very pleased. The reviewer was very calm which eased my son's nerves. She gave very good feedback and offered valuable driving tips. Early this year with my daughter, my daughter was missing paperwork which we had to get from the Secretary of State. She was very relaxed and straight foward. I would recommend people to come here. She gives very good tips at the end of the test. Just make sure you practice practice practice, watch some videos on anything you may be concerned on or to focus more on and relax. she won't make you feel really nervous before you go on the road. Things you will do is park of course (bay parking and parallel) drive on the street and freeway(maybe a good 10 minutes) . The whole test took 25-30 minutes maybe, not very long.Read Less

Today I paid 50 bucks, and took the driver testing and the Madam is very nice. Test on the backyard, I finished smoothly. But road test, I made some mistakes, one is driving through the intersection when yellow light on. When I got back to the testing ground, the examiner (a nice woman) analyzed my road driving and gave me pertinent suggestions, which is very beneficial to me. Anyway, I passed the test.Read Less

Worst experience ever! Failed my son for driving 4 miles under the posted speed limit and told him it was against the law to go anything under the speed limit! Also we were in a traffic jam from an accident up ahead and the cars were trying to get in our lane since their lane was blocked and she started yelling at him to step on it and not let anybody in cause we were there first! I thank god nobody pulled out in front of us cause my son would have plowed into them! He only knocked 3 cones over which instead of pulling the cones out from underneath the car she told him to keep going which anyone should know is very dangerous and could cause a fire. She was nice and said we could pay $50.00 dollars again and try tomorrow! I would recommend going somewhere else. Read Less

If you are looking for someone who will put you, your son or daughter at ease for driver testing, you will want to avoid this place.  When my son went for his test, the tester was 35 minutes late.  When she finally did appear, she neither apologized nor smiled nor greeted us in any pleasant or cordial way.  She just demanded our documents and gave out vague commands.  She was condescending and belligerent to my son.  He was so upset, he failed the test.  Go to Advanced Driving Academy--you will find a world of difference in the way you're treated.
