We took our son here for his driving test, when he was in the car for the parking portion he was told he couldn't use the backup camera - our camera is part of the rearview mirror. The instructor didn't help figure anything out and my son was panicked and tried to park without using the mirror, which or course, is impossible. As a result, he was failed on the spot. My husband called and spoke with Bobbi to get some clarification and help, she was of zero help and hasn't even returned our phone calls. We wanted our son to be tested again at no charge or to have our money refunded as we do not feel the instructor handled things properly, no one has helped us and won't even let us go beyond speaking with Bobbi. I definitely do NOT recommend taking your teenager to this company for testing, seems they're only out to make a buck and don't care at all for the people they are suppose to be in business to serve.

Great driving school! Whether you want to get a drivers license or upgrade to a commercial license I personally recommend Fleet Compliance group! In my opinion they have of the some of the best driving instructors and examiners In West Michigan!

Would highly recommend this place! I called on Monday to schedule my sons driving test, Jayne found a spot for him on Friday. She was very friendly and explained everything I would need, took payment...
Would highly recommend this place! I called on Monday to schedule my sons driving test, Jayne found a spot for him on Friday. She was very friendly and explained everything I would need, took payment over the phone as well. Day of appt she was just as nice in person, fast with paperwork. Matt was the instructor, he was very nice! I had to ride along since my son was a minor, Matt was patient, soft spoken, and made my son feel comfortable. He corrected him on a few things along with explanations and also gave him some good advice. In the end my son passed, needless to say I was very pleased with the entire process!

We needed to get my son tested and everyone was booked two weeks out. Jayne did some sort of interdimensional voodoo and moved some things around and, boom, 2 days later we are in. Matt, the tester, was awesome. Highly recommend.

We took our son here for his driving test, when he was in the car for the parking portion he was told he couldn't use the backup camera - our camera is part of the rearview mirror.
