In response to Kathy K. - In review of your daughter's test I pointed out many areas she needed to work on and you agreed she clearly needed more experience. My job is to make sure your daughter has the experience to keep herself and those around her safe, and she did not exhibit the required skills set up by the state on either test, and I only raised my voice to prevent her from rear ending a vehicle after she was instructed, "when you feel it is safe, change one lane to the left". Marsha is as rude as they come. Grabbed the steering wheel while my daughter was driving, made an off handed comment about my daughter's anxiety, and continually raised her voice at her throughout the test! For example, a care in front of my daughter slammed on their brakes to make a right turn at that very moment she said make a lane change, then yelled at her for not being more cautious! Seriously. I took the road test with Jeannie Price and adding to the fact that I passed, I wanted to say that she is as professionnal as kind, she gives clear instructions while making you feel comfortable, it's as if she really wanted you to pass, contrary to the previous examiner I should never have come accross (judy, action testing services)!!! Excellent experience during behind the wheels training and road test. Sheryl was very co-operative, enthusiastic to provide knowledge and cool minded. She was able to solve all my doubts and it helped me pass the road test. Road tester was equally good and knowledgeable, gave me clear instructions on the test expectations, directions.
