If you are looking for the best place in town to have your road test this is the place. My son was nervous but the instructor went out of her way to make him feel at ease. I will definitely be coming back here when my next child comes of age to take drivers training.

My daughter took segment 1 here and I would not recommend. They are 30 dollars cheaper than other places but you get what you pay for. The teacher is extremely rude to talk to, she acts as if she is doing you a favor by having your child in her class! My daughter was about 30 minutes late for a class by no fault of her own (I totally forgot about class, we are a busy family) the teacher treated her rudely and blamed her for being late! We will NOT be taking segment 2 here!

Had a driving test scheduled today. Chris is an amazing lady. Very professional, yet reachable at a personal level. She was very understanding of the fact that I was not familiar with bay city area. I had heard rumors of how testing at bay city location was tough, and passing was rare, but I actually had to adjust while reversing, and bumped the middle cone while parallel parking, but I adjusted and passed. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Academy driving while testing. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone.

If you are looking for the best place in town to have your road test this is the place. My son was nervous but the instructor went out of her way to make him feel at ease. I will definitely be coming back here when my next child comes of age to take drivers training.

My daughter took segment 1 here and I would not recommend. They are 30 dollars cheaper than other places but you get what you pay for. Had a driving test scheduled today. Chris is an amazing lady. Very professional, yet reachable at a personal level. She was very understanding of the fact that I was not familiar with bay city area.
