I have no reason but to give Porter Driving School 5 stars! John was reliable and even very flexible with working around my schedule. I needed to pass a road test, unfortunately had no vehicle to take the test in. I explained my situation to John on the phone the same day as the road test (my fault for not being prepared), and he was more than happy to pick me up give a quick lesson and go take the road test. I passed on my first try and I would highly recommend this Driving School. The process couldn't have been any easier for me and I appreciate that.

Do not go here. They never pick up the phone and don’t even reply back to your voicemail. And they slack on too many things.

My son finished in June and the RMV still hasn't received his certificate of completion, therefore will not schedule a road test. I have called numerous times and no response. Being a small school is...
My son finished in June and the RMV still hasn't received his certificate of completion, therefore will not schedule a road test. I have called numerous times and no response. Being a small school is not an excuse for being incompetent.

John is the best instructor ever! I have no words to describe how nice, sweet and patient He was throughout my lessons. Not only was he a great instructor, he was also great with helping me deal with my emotional problems with taking tests. I'm very thankfulI I read all the reviews and they didn't lie one bit, everyone spoke so highly of him and they couldn't of been more correct. Don't waste your time or money looking else where, he is the perfect guy to make sure you get your license on the first try. I recommend 👍😃 Thank you John ❤️

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. Argued with John, the owner, on more than one occasion. Poor communication and responsiveness to his clients. Hired another local driving school to complete my son's driving test so he didn't have to wait an additional 2 months for an RMV appointment.

Can't get anyone to answer phone calls, emails to schedule driving time. Switching schools. My son will never get his license at this rate. Best instructor, Scott was terrific but he left.

For most countries, foreign driving licenses can't be converted into Massachusetts licenses, so I had to do a road test. Scott and John did a great job clarifying the US driving quirks and what is expected of you on the test - it seems that they are particularly skilled with adult foreign students. They were very professional and courteous at all times. No surprises during the test! One headache less.

Scott was my driving instructor. I enjoyed his way of teaching very much and he helped me gain more confidence in driving. I already have a license but it was from overseas so I made the decision to take lessons before attempting to take the road test knowing there were different rules that would be applicable in Massachusetts, driving on the right side being one of them. He was very patient and never raised his voice or yelled at me even when I was making mistakes. He explained things well and he would repeat them at the next lesson to make sure that I remembered. I passed the road test today on my first attempt and I credit a large chunk of that to Scott. Highly recommended.

I have no reason but to give Porter Driving School 5 stars! John was reliable and even very flexible with working around my schedule. I needed to pass a road test, unfortunately had no vehicle to take the test in.
