We signed our daughter up at A+ after a negative experience with another local driving school. After her experience with the other location she became apprehensive to drive, overly analytical, and discouraged. I explained our situation to A+ and was assured that each student is treated with respect and are criticized constructively. They want each student to feel motivated and encouraged behind the wheel and not ashamed or frightened. We were placed on a waiting list for driving lessons and was contacted a few times over our wait time to inform us of her placement and to check-in with her progress and interest. The waiting time estimate they provided was accurate, and the caller was always friendly. Her first lesson went magnificent! She exited the car with a huge smile and we were told all the details of her journey around the city, how comfortable she felt with the driver, what she has learned, and how she is loooking forward to her upcoming lessons. Overall, I am very happy we transitioned to A+. I believe it is important for our children, the newest drivers, to feel comfortable and alert behind the wheel for not only their safety but for the safety of all. I know they will learn well with A+. I cannot review class hours or the parent class as we took these elsewhere, however if the road lesson is any indication of the expertise and experience of these two offerings, I suggest you give A+ a try.
