I took my classroom portion of Driver's Ed in June 2014 and the instructor was very uninformative. He was off topic most of class, told us stories of his personal life, and not much of Driver's Ed. What I learned from the classroom portion came from the videos we watched. I had the same instructor for five out of six of my road lessons and I was not taken out on the highway once. For 10 out of 12 hours of my behind the wheel Driver's Education I was driving the streets of Auburn, sometimes the instructor would tell me where to go and other times he let me drive wherever in Auburn. We didn't do the full course of lessons, just needed to do driving test. Had bad experience with another school, but Mr. Pelletier took the time with both our kids to really teach them something and they both passed the test on first try. Reasonable prices, and he always called back in the evening of the day we left a message. He scheduled lessons (with pickup at our home in Worcester) and road tests (in Auburn) in a reasonable time frame. Highly recommend. Read Less

I had a horrible experience with this school. I hold an international license and I have been driving for two years before I got here. I know driving in real life can be very different from driving for road test, so when my coach told me I would fail unless I practiced way more with him in the first class I had, I was ok with it. I then asked him to register me to a Road test two and half weeks later and he said ok. I repeated my willingness to take the road test every time when I drove with him and every time he told me he would put me on the list. Then, after 4 classes, I asked him if I was on the list, he said I was not. When I asked him why, he said "I did not take that seriously"What kind of coach would not want to take that seriously? I was mad and I asked him to put me on the road test after the one I was supposed to take and continuing driving with him that day. While I was driving, he got a call from student who had exactly the same issue I had. If only I could use 0 stars to describe this horrible excuse for a driving school! There are only about 2 or so good, honest and nice employees there that do the best they can to help you pass, but every other driver is AWFUL, MEAN, and THEY NEVER STOP YELLING AT YOU! I have a learning disability so it was already hard enough for me to learn the rules of driving but now with people who constantly scream, yell, and criticize you, even when you're trying your hardest? Disaster. The way they treated me made me feel like the biggest idiot and worst driver around, so I've been intimidated to even practice driving with my own family. I went to their facility to take my road test, and having them watching me along with my test administrator made me feel so much more on edge than I would be otherwise, and of course I failed. I've held off taking the test in fear and disgust from the "services" that this "driving school" offers. Disgusting, rude people that don't deserve anything! They don't take time to level with their students and learn how to teach them well. Best? Lie! I called to make an appointment with this company. Spoke with the owned who was curt and rude. He told me the dates and price. $89 which is $14 more than the other company in Warrenton Va. I said it is $75 in Warrenton to which he replied take their course then and hung up. I can only assume his course will be just as rude and disrespectful as the conversation. Just because someone askes about your price does not make it OK to be rude. Take your business to someone who wants it. Not this loser.. Read Less

My feedback is just for the adults drivers who are looking for a early date to give the road test onsite at Best driving school Inc. I had a very bad experience  there.  I gave the test twice they cost me $110 and as mentioned on the website the warm up of an hour it's completely wrong they just gave a warm of 20  minutes. The examiner had to fail you no matter what as they have to complete the quota for failing road tests. They never fail their own students who pay $600 for the course as then they would lose the customers. However they take out on the adults drivers like me who are not aware of the system are new in the country and want to give the test earlier. It's better to wait and give  the test  directly through RMV . Secondly I got very racist remarks from the examiner and when I said him that he's was being racist on his face he suspended my learners permit for 90 days. He used his authority to satisfy his personal anger and himself. I stood up for not being bullied by power and authority and he punished me for it.  They have the same examiner always as I thought that the second time I will get a different examiner because my first experience with this rude arrogant full of himself and racist examiner was not so good. He said to me that it's not his fault that he was born in this country and he knows this language suggesting that he was superior and better than me. Then he said I can't learn 42 languages for you people. And That I need to learn all the terminology. I was there to give my driving skills test and not my English language skills. I have complaint against him so that poor immigrants like us cant be bullied by authority and power . Further when I asked the best driving school to give me the name of the examiner first they refuse and then said that it's  Micheal and they don't know his last name. How can it be possible that the school conducts road test by the same examiner every time and they don't know his last name so they lied to me . Then when I asked them to give me the name of their sponsor as he was the witness to all this they refused to give me his name too.  This school is just making money out of the pockets of adult drivers because when the person not their student is failed he/she asks for the second date and so on.  So be aware. Would definitely recommend this Driving School. Personal attention is given to each student. Someone always answered the phone when I would call and was available if I had any questions. They have the best driving instructors and are very professional.Read Less
