Not really sure how this business survive.  Never expected this level of service would still be operating in Massachusetts. The communication from the operators seemed very demanding. You are most likely going to get hang up after they finished informing you things. If you want to ask questions, they will sound like they were annoyed. On the day of the road test, I was told to arrive at 5:30am. I waited for 45 mins at Braintree station to get picked up but no one showed or even reached out after an hour. As a first timer, this experience has been scary and really a traumatized event because you will never knew what's going on. However, a guy named An was very friendly on the day of the road test. Terrible experience. Instructor paid more attention to the phone than the road. He also forced me to do two lessons in one day after I told him I couldn't. He even made me drive to an ATM to pull money out after I told him I only had money for one lesson. Oh! Beware.... Great driving instructor, Bob. But the office is a mess. My kid finished her class and all other requirements. I had a traumatic experience in this driving school. Different instructors show up at each appointments, and in my third session I met Mr. Lin, extremely rude and unprofessional instructor. I almost had an accident because of the rude and unclear instruction.Mr. Lin would also make annoying noises whenever I make an mistake and yell at me, which makes me extremely uncomfortable and nervous. Whenever I am going slower he always yell at me to hit the gas pedal. He even said the f word when I decide to stop and wait for a car at an intersection.After I told him that I was nervous learning driving, as it was only my third session learning how to drive, he scolded me that I should go see a psychiatrist for the nervousness. I was aghast by his comment and couldn't believe this individual should be allowed to teach.Towards the end of the session he told me to turn under a yellow light in an extremely busy multi-road intersection. He was not clear about where to go and I almost got stuck in the middle of the intersection and got hit by incoming traffic, and Lin just yelled more at me.I would not recommend this school to anyone. Don't recommend this place!  My sons road test was scheduled. He and his instructor waited at the RMV for over an hour to be told the test was cancelled.  RMV stated someone from the school cancelled.  When we called the school they stated they didn't cancel and told us we need to talk to the RMV.  Absolutely unprofessional and not helpful. Incompetent Driving School. I scheduled an appointment, called to confirm, showed up, and no one was there. I called the driving school and they said they didn't have my appointment in the books. Today, May 12th, 2016, this school managed to completely fail to book our road test car. After we arranged to use a car from here for our road test, we called the morning of to make sure our car was on the way. We were then informed that there was no appointment. We had called 4 times before to check that the appointment was set, YET APPARENTLY THERE WAS NO APPOINTMENT. We ended up not only wasting 3 hours waiting but also lost our road test spot. This is the absolute worst place you can possibly go to for driving school. Firstly, the driving school led by Bob is fantastic. Good job Bob. However, the people on the phone that run the place are morons. I have done all my hours and everything needed to book my road test. I went in multiple times, called multiple times, and complained many times too. My road test has still not been booked over a month of nagging. EVERYTIME I go in, they tell me I have something missing. After they check their files, which they seem to misplace a lot, they say they will give me a call. Complete BS! They never call me. EVERYTIME I call in, they tell me I am missing something, I tell them no, I am not. They THEN, say I have something new that I am missing &I have to go in for them. I say I've already done that, but I am forced to go in anyways. AND THEREFORE, the cycle repeats.SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY, I WISH I HAD NEVER GONE TO THIS PLACE. I am highly recommend the Success Driving School to anyone that want to become a better and safe driver. their staffs are incredible people. I was very nervous when I first learn how to drive, instructors Bai and Jackson made me feel confident on the whole learning periods. they are professional with excellence experiences. they are very kind and patient to provided clear and easy understand instructions. they are truly want to help me pass test. I have my driver license now. I know many good and safe tech to drive. The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. I asked her to arrange sessions for me and she assigned me one driving instructor rudely and very impolitely. Then I inquired one more question from her and then gave me the attitude saying, "how could I know" in Cantonese. Read Less

I made an appointment at 9 am for my road test and waited for about an hour for the coach to show up and drive me to the test center. I called the coach he kept saying waiting for 15 minutes. Then I called the school after few times the school didn't pick up my phone call. This is the worst experience I've ever had! ( I had a road test using another driving school before). This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a driving school. I don't have a problem with the actual instructors, but the people on the phone should be fired immediately. They are rude and unprofessional.I called them up at 12:30 time, and they responded by saying that they were on lunch break. I tried calling them the same day at 4:30, before there closing and there was no response. This happened multiple times, and booking with them is one of the worst experiences I've had. When it does go through, after conversing with them, and trying schedule something with them and it doesn't work out, they just hang up on you. They also do not understand that they are rude. I've had conversations talking to my instructor about the difficulty in scheduling a lesson, and he himself also understands my frustration. If you really are planning on going with this school, I would plan on speaking with them in Cantonese or Mandarin, as any other language would probably be inaudible to them. Read Less

This is one of the most TERRIBLE driving experience I've ever had. Not that lucky like most of you commented to have Mr. Bai as my instructor. My instructor was literally yelling at me for one hour. I drove very slowly because it was my first time driving andI was so scared to drive in the downtown area. He just kept yelling at me especially I tried to make turns. He just treated me as stupid and never explained to me what I have done wrong. If I turn too slow, he won't instruct me in any detail but yell at me for how slow I'm. I didn't learn anything but frustration. If I made mistakes, he asked me to explain to him why I did it wrong. EXCUSE ME..if I know in the first class, I don't need to take the driving classes with you MR....So I barely learnt anything from the 1:30h class. When I asked him could you please stop yelling at me because it wont help. He asked me to pull over and argued with me for 20 minutes. I'm sure not all the instructors there are so bad but you should be aware of the fact that they have extremely rude instructors. Also the phone lady is extremely irresponsible and impatient. I love Success Driving School! After several classes with them I have passed the road test today and got my temporary driver's license.. so thrilled..!!Mr. Bai was my primary instructor. He is a nice guy with MANY years of teaching experience (he mentioned he had over 6,000 students..amazing to me lol). He is humorous and being patient all the time. At first I made all the stupid mistakes that new drivers could possibly imagine, so I was scared to drive. Mr. Bai helped me a lot in getting to know the rules of the road, safety tips, improving my driving skills and many many more. After I got better and stopped making critical errors, he shared more insights like how to avoid accidents and respond to emergency on road, what to do when your brake is down on downhill highway, etc...After 15 days' classes, I took the test today and passed it with full confidence and perfect scores. I really appreciate his help and instructions throughout this process. However, most of the teachers at success driving school are Chinese so they may have accent when speaking English. So if you mind, make sure you get an American teacher which they have as well. Read Less
