I took my road test today and passed, I went to a different driving school for drivers ed but I went with them for the test. Everything was very professional and the staff are amazing, as long as you are prepared for the test and you practice before hand you will pass. I feel lucky to join this Auto School. As you can see NQAA has a very robust websites which provides all kind of Information needed for driving as well as road Test. Like other schools, they schedule road test also and provide a very good service. Cost of sponsorship is 100 $ which is standard across all driving schools. Quality of Instructors are very very good. They will instruct you about driving as well as prepare you for road test very well. Only problem is scheduling driving classes which is a difficult process. They upload majority schedule on their website for one week in advance, at one time, and you need to keep refreshing page and register for available schedule else you might not get any class. I Definitely recommend this driving school!!. I can't thank my instructor Henry enough!(who I had as my instructor the most during my driving lessons) he is the reason of me passing my road test on the first attempt!!, I definitely recommend him for any aged driver new or experienced!, I also had Joseph twice as my instructor who is very good for beginners like myself at the beginning when I had no knowledge on how to drive a car, and he also gave some good key pointers too, and Mr.Kenny I had once he was very good at giving me pointers for signaling, all the instructors are very good in general!, but I personally recommend Henry the most if I were to attend to this school again I would definitely choose him he's really just that good for teaching you the basics and the expert levels of driving a car wether you're a beginner or not, for example some of the things he was great at teaching was parallel parking!, and 3-point turns!, No joke!. Do not settle for another school ! This school is one you should take ! I'm a college student with little driving experience from NY. I've failed my road test in NY because I was never taught anything properly. However, this school made me feel very comfortable with driving !First thing's first, this school is a tad expensive. That being said, it was money well spent. I had Joseph and Mr. Kenny as my driving instructors. They were very calm, professional and always gave you the right pointers. A big +1 for choosing this school is that it's relatively fast to schedule a road test through the school since the school sets the driving track for the road test , so you know the road test site before you even take the road test. The RMV instructors are usually the same people who rotate and the road tests are during the weekend (a big plus for any college student). It's a really fun experience - The RMV instructor and I even had a talk about Facebook while we were driving and was very helpful during the exam -- BUT REMEMBER, don't let your guard down! Remember to check blind spots and signal!!I wish you the best of luck and hopefully you can pass the road test on the first try. To be honest, it's nothing you haven't practiced, at least thats true if you take lessons here. Having spent 24 years of my life oogling over other people's licenses, I finally decided it was time for me to learn to drive. But mind you, I had absolutely no idea how a car functions. Aside from the honk, I didn't even know how to turn the wheel (I am THAT atrocious).I've heard wonderful things about North Quincy Auto Academy from a friend of mine who just got her license a few weeks ago, and I thought I'll give it a try. (What's the worst that can happen, right?) Registering to take lessons was made extremely easy by Jason and I was booked to take lessons only a week after I signing up!I drove with Matt the majority of the time and he was an amazing instructor. Despite almost hitting a curb and a pole, Matt never once yelled at me. To this day, I am in awe of his patience with us all. Being as nervous as I was, Matt made driving a breeze and taught me everything I needed to learn for the road test - hand signals, buttons in the car, three point turn, how to parallel park, and signaling. Just taking a few hours with him, made me into a much more confident driver. He also truly cares about each one of us and wants us to pass!Jason is another instructor I am absolutely thankful for. From signing me up for last minute lessons, teaching me how to drive, to giving me last minute pointers before my road test - Jason has done it all. The day before my road test, I was extremely anxious because I still didn't get my parallel parking completely down pact. Just an hour or so driving hours with Jason was enough to help feel confident with parallel parking. And was able to get it right the first time on the road test the day after, all thanks to Jason!!! I accepted a job offer nearly fifty miles away from home, without a license, at age 22. I had a road test booked a month before my start date, so the pressure was on. The staff is extremely friendly and the vehicles are spanking new. Since my friends did not trust me driving their cars (I do not blame them), I turned to NQ Auto Academy for some lessons. I signed up for a bundle (multiple courses at a discount) and spread them out over the month before my road test. They offer great hours to work with your schedule. The lessons themselves are action packed. I drove around, backed up in a straight line, parallel parked, and my instructor tested my knowledge. I worked with Joe course to course, so he knew my weaknesses and worked with me to fix my them (parallel parking...forever the bane of my existence). He also made sure I did not hit anything, or anyone, to my relief. The lessons definitely made me feel more confident. I did not take the road test with the academy, but I did pass! For anyone who's an experienced driver and thinking just to take a road test with NQAA, I would suggest having a lesson too.  It's worth every penny.Matt is my instructor, and he's brilliant.  I just can't think of anybody to be uncomfortable around him.  More importantly, he's very good at what he's doing.  I felt a lot more confident going for the road test.  The difference was night and day.The only thing that keeps me from not giving 5 stars is the fact that there's a chance that the test would not be on the weekend.  I'm working 9-5 weekdays, so weekend test is the first priority for me, and having the test date changed to a weekday is a little disappointing. Highly recommended. I took the 20-hour behind the wheel and used all of it with Matthew. Most reviews I read praised Matthew for being patient and encouraging and that was what I really needed. I'm not a first time driver. I have a full license 16 years (Irish) so I wasn't too worried about the mechanics of driving itself. That said there were a couple of things that were important to go over before the test. I spent an hour with Jason (instructor). He put my mind at ease, went over the test course and everything that I needed for the test. Did the test the next day with Pete (an absolute gentleman) and passed. There are things to watch out for on the test. 1. Check blind spot over shoulder 2. Indicate correctly 3. Don't hit curb4. Park close to the curbHaving a lesson was very reassuring and I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. They take it seriously (which it is) but they were also very nice about it. Jacob, I passed!!! WOHOOOOO!!!Guys.. seriously.. Don't look any further!This is the best driving school in the world, hands down! I am a 32-yr old with no prior driving experience whatsoever. I tend to get anxious which is one of the reasons I never applied for a drivers license until now. I also don't take criticism well.. at.. all. If somebody as much as implied I was not awesome at something, I would just give up. So when I read all the reviews about how patient and awesome everybody in this school is, I decided to give it a try. Man, I am so glad I did!I had Jacob for most of my lessons and he is the best! I simply love that guy! He is extremely patient and fun to work with. He would never criticize you or raise his voice or make you feel uncomfortable in any way. Sometimes I wonder how he does it .. dealing with us all day long and still being as awesome as he is :)I also had Matt for one class and he is also super nice and patient. I actually find it helpful to work with more than one person as you get a different perspective and different driving tips from each of them. I took the 15 classes with NQAA as I didn't have any practice outside of the school and I felt that 10 hrs was a bit too little for me. If you get to practice for a few hours with a friend, 10 hours should be plenty.I also like that they take you to the road test location and you get to practice the road test a few times before you take it for real. That was really helpful for me, as I tend to get nervous when driving in an unknown area. The road test didn't have anything I hadn't practiced a million times.  The school seems to work with the same officer most of the time. He was cool and laid-back. At the beginning of the test he reminded me to fix my mirrors, and to remember to use blinkers and look over my shoulder. During the test he was chatty and kept giving me tips and educating me. He didn't even let me go too close to the curb on the parallel parking (even though I had plenty of space still :) ) . It really felt like he was trying to help me pass, rather than fail me. Everyone in this school are exceptional. They establish a fun learning experience, while remaining composed and professional. I am an adult driver with no driving experience at all. I took the Beginner's BTW Course and passed the road test on my first try. My husband, on the other hand, hasn't driven for over 10 years, and he took a 2-hr BTW class. He also passed the road test on his first try. I highly recommend this for everyone, whether you're a new driver or you just want to review or polish your driving. I also recommend that you take your road test with them. They are very accommodating and efficient. They will not let you worry about anything, but just let you focus on your driving on the day of the test --- which will be easy, because they already gave you incomparable driving lessons. :) Read Less

NQAA is a really good place to check out whether you're looking to take classes or maybe just sign up for a lesson or two before taking the road test. Although I only signed up for a 2 hour lesson before my road test, the instructor (Matt) was very helpful. Not only was he fun to talk to, he also managed to give me loads of tips within that short 2 hour's time. I took my lesson on a Saturday and passed my road test the Monday after. North Quincy Auto Academy are as simple and smooth as it gets!I was looking for a location to schedule my road test in the Quincy area since I did not feel comfortable having a scheduled road test in a few towns over. I was 22 years old with a permit and simply needed to get my license. After browsing through their (user-friendly) website and calling one of their representatives, they scheduled me for a road test. I went in to process my payment and met Jason who gave me further details about the test and I just continued practicing for it.On the day of my road test I was confident yet a little nervous. Even though I barely knew any of the representatives there, Jason recognized me and gave me a few pointers before I stepped into the car for the test.
