She knows how to teach kids to drive. However, it is impossible to deal with her. If you come here, keep your mouth shut and don't mention anything about her double standards. Like I said, she can teach kids to parallel park, which is why I didn't give her 1 star. Also, she does make sure to get through your kid's driving hours, which is good.
