WORST DRIVING SCHOOL EVER!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE I PROMISS ITLL SAVE YOU MONEY TIME AND THE AGGRAVATION!!!! These people have the worst customer service ever!! Especially Jackie which is like probably 40 years old and acts childish when it comes to problems that need to be solved. That goes for Jackie and bythrim. And as for Paloma, he's never nowhere to be found. This is the most unorganized place I've ever been to! They treat the customers like animals instead of people who spent their good money here. I've been waiting almost two months for a road test and I still don't have one. Meanwhile I just schedule a road test with city auto school in Southie and they booked a road test for me within the week. What a waste of time with Paloma! Absolutely the worst place to go, it took me almost a year to get my liscene for literally no reason. They take forever to do everything and you have to jump through hoops just to schedule anything with them. I did learn how to drive well, but it was definately not worth the time and head ache. This driving school is super unorganized, the owner is rude he will yell at you and try to humilate you infront of people , and they have teachers that dont speak proper english. They are also super expensive and unprofessional. Read Less

I called to sign my daughter up for driving school they gave me all the information, put half of the money down. When my daughter started her first day she came home with a packet with all these other things we had to pay. Then on top of that I CAN NOT GET MY MONEY BACK!!! My daughter came home complaining and very upset due to all the disappointment that she felt, the man who was teaching her had told her he's a bus driver and was just doing this for the second time in his life, my daughter later realizes that he cannot write proper English neither can he teach. I was put in a classroom with a man whos only taugh drivers ed once, completly illiterate, hes a current bus driver with only one year of teaching drivers ed class. On the day that I first chose to give it a try, I see a whole bunch of ants on the floor. In the process of all this, the man who was teaching me was basically teaching himself because he had no answers to the work he was giving us, he was just as confused as us. He'd copy from the book onto the board, he couldnt even right proper english and when he wasnt writing on the board he would play a movie and leave to text outside. They don't deserve none start. The instructors was unfriendly. The staff and intrusctor were very unprofessional. After investing a great deal of money in driving packg lessons at this school they didn't pick me up at my place and could't make their mind the firs day. Between the intrusctor and the office was a really bad communication. I didn't receive my class and they still have my money. Now I have to wait for them to return my money. I asked for a refund for my grievances but instead, the staff and the instrusctor were really rude. This school is poorly managed and you will undoubtedly pay more than what you will receive. My son started this driving school for driver's ed. He took the classroom classes fine but when it came down to him having to get appts for his driving, this driving school was the most horrible. The driver's kept not showing up and when they showed up it was 2 hours later. They were very rude. The owner of the driving school hung up on me and told me he didn't have time for me when I called to complain about my son waiting for over two hours for a driver to show up. My son swears that one of the instructors was high when he was out on the road with him. I requested to get my money back and found another school for my son. Read Less

Y had had driving classes before. I went there just to learn more skills and to be more confident. The first instructor ( Chinese dude) was kind of nice but his English really bad, I told him my mom was from Portugal and he kept talking in Spanish ... The other instructor never game confidence he was always holding the stair wheel and breaking before I did..
