If I could rate 0 stars, I would. My experience with this place was as awful as it could get, for a driving school. Everybody else I know who have used Billerica Auto School all have their own horror stories, you can ask anybody. Liz, your local clown driving teacher, is easily 90% the reason everybody hates the place. I personally have had her grab and jerk the wheel away in a random direction for no reason other than because I need to be prepared for anything when I'm driving. She has literally YELLED at me saying I couldn't stop for so long because I stopped at a 4-way stop sign intersection and cautiously looked left and right before proceeding to make sure it was safe to go. She slams on the breaks out of the blue because, again, you 'have to be prepared for anything'. She made me practice turning in a literal circle for 45 minutes straight. I started to get a migraine while driving at the beginning of a lesson and she forced me to continue driving for two whole hours, even though I told her I thought it was very dangerous to do so because my migraines inhibit my motor skills. It is not worth the money. If you are looking to find a driving school, please don't waste your time. Use tri-town or any other nearby driving school. Unless the Billerica Auto School fires Liz, do not use their services. Read Less

I'm not sure they could have made the experience any worse. First of all the in-class lessons are basically just watching documentaries and pretending we're learning things. I'm not sure if other experiences were better but mine was taught by the infamous Liz. Talk to anyone who has taken lessons from this place and they will tell you about her. As for the driving lessons, they are so difficult to schedule. You are forced to call if you ever want to take a lesson and even then they are difficult to work out. They actual lessons themselves if you're able to get them are horrible. Most of the instructors are rude and have no patience. Liz is also no exception. I have witnessed her take the wheel as a kid was driving in order to scare him, "because you have to be ready for anything." There was really only one instructor that seemed to wanted to teach you and had the patience to know that you are literally JUST NOW learning to drive. Terrible experience all together. Liz is literally the most annoying clown to ever walk the planet. She hit the breaks in the middle of me driving, and also asked me if I was comfortable and I said yes and she said no you aren't fix your seat. Read Less

From my first lesson to my road test its a 5 MONTH PERIOD! I cannot believe how long it takes for this, I've heard of most places having up to a 3 month period, but this is ridiculous I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read Less
