Haven't been here since I was in Driving School back in 2005.. But I do remember my Driving Instructor being a very nice, very knowledgeable, very patient and very helpful man. I had a really good experience learning and practicing to drive through United. They're the reason I was able to learn everything I needed to about driving and a good part of the reason I passed my Drivers Test when I went for my license. They focus on the Student Drivers and teaching them the proper and safe way to drive. Not just on how many students they can get into their school or how much money they can make doing it. Which unfortunately there is at least one other Driving School in the general area that really only cares about the money making aspect of a Driving School not the students in it or teaching them. United is definitely the place I will be sending my son to if they are still around in 10 years lol. I would highly recommend sending your teens here to learn and practice their driving before their test and before sending them out on the road by themselves.

s a firs time driver with a learning disability my first day was bliss the isnstructor took it extra easy on me the second lesson the second instructor was yelling pushing me to drive out of my comfort zone and I told him the car was shaking the wheel locked I hit a bolder with another student in the car I was so scared he blamed me the third instructor was my favorite she was calm like my first understanding and never had me out my comfort zone thanks to her I got my permit in 2012 very thankful and blessed wish I knew her name I know she teaches driving in RI as well I'd give her a five star ⭐️

I scheduled and paid for a one hour private lesson, I showed up and they told me it was a two hour lesson, with another student. I tried to get a refund, explaining that that was not what I paid for, ...
I scheduled and paid for a one hour private lesson, I showed up and they told me it was a two hour lesson, with another student. I tried to get a refund, explaining that that was not what I paid for, they refused. They essentially stole money from me. Don't go near this place.

I don't find the customer service people on the phone to be very polite at all. Their office hours are restrictive, only 9 to 5 on weekdays. They should realize no one has time to call during these h...
I don't find the customer service people on the phone to be very polite at all. Their office hours are restrictive, only 9 to 5 on weekdays. They should realize no one has time to call during these hours. Most of the instructors are nice, but I found them getting overly angry at me as a first time driver. For the money I'm paying for this service, I expect to be treated a lot better than I was. Go elsewhere.

Haven't been here since I was in Driving School back in 2005.. But I do remember my Driving Instructor being a very nice, very knowledgeable, very patient and very helpful man. I had a really good experience learning and practicing to drive through United. They're the reason I was able to learn everything I needed to about driving and a good part of the reason I passed my Drivers Test when I went for my license.
