Last week I was driving North on Crain Highway and noticed the student driver vehicle going slow in the left lane.  They were not turning, so I went to the right lane around them and noticed 3 younger individuals and an older gentleman in the front passenger seat.  The driver had his hood up over his head and face.  How are you going to allow these individuals to learn to drive with their hoods up over their heads?  How are they supposed to see without the obstruction of their own sweatshirt hoods?  The older gentleman in the front passenger seat did not seem to care much about the situation.  It seems as if they are trying to make a quick buck without teaching and caring about the next generation of drivers.  How they are taught and practice is how they will drive on their own.
