Unprofessional and unorganized The only good thing about this school is the proximity to my home. On four occasions they forgot or missed my son's appointment. I paid for my son to go to driving school for 2 weeks which he completed, and that comes with 6 hrs BTW training. He had his first appointment on a Saturday at 10am with the owner/instructor. The owner/instructor made an appointment for the following day with my son before he got out of the car, however when my son came Sunday the owner had forgotten about the appointment and told him to reschedule. One of his appointments, his instructor (the owner) was 45 minutes late causing us to miss a funeral. Then when he had one of his rescheduled appointments, that instructor (a different man) did not have him on his list. I called the school to schedule appointment #4 and was told he had all his sessions (only 3). However, each time he went out he stopped to run errands for the instructors (Get food, visit family, pick up strangers). He never went out for a full two hour period. I told them I want the extra 3 hours I paid for. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I mentioned to the owner that I went there years ago and he said if I knew that I would have made sure that your son got good service. I said excuse me, you should make sure he gets good service because it's the right thing to do for all your customers not just the repeat ones. Read Less

I wish I could give them a 0. I started my process in August of 2016 and am just now finishing. After my week of regular driving school, I had to have 6 hours of behind the wheel training. The instructors wouldn't give me any suitable times, they told me to come in on the day it was closed, they'd tell me to come in and not inform my driving instructor, they'd tell me one day when they actually scheduled me for the day after. I have tried calling and they don't answer. The answering machine is ghetto and when you finally get someone, they are rude and inconsiderate! I have gotten hung up on multiple times. I am begging you, GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! These people are unprofessional, unorganized, and it's downright ridiculous that this location is still operating! Read Less

Do not waste your time , I repeat do not waste your time here. Yes they may be the cheapest in the area , but the services you receive is so not worth it. First the class room is over pack , they allowed too many students to sign up at one time . Next on the website it states that they will pick you from your home for your 6 hours of behind the wheel LIES !!!!! The owner Mr. Coleman said you will need to come to school for the behind the wheel services after you had just spent two weeks in the out dates classroom . They really need to take some of that monies , that they received from people's signing up and use it for updating their whole establishment i.e., that small office, classroom, new vehicles ; oh and while I there I only noticed two vehicles . The professional of the owner Mr. Coleman suck for him to be the owner, and his assistant/ receptionist are liars . I have called plenty of time and left messages and it took about two weeks to finally get a called back . Setting up your behind the wheels hours are terrible during your last two days of class they will give you a piece of paper to fill out for your available, only for them scheduled you day that is convenient for one of the instructor , yeah one , because the other instructor Mr. Box is suspended for 45 days for whatever reasons.Now, they're holding me up for my behind the wheel service . I just want this to be over with , so not happy all at with this company . I wish that I am able to receiver some of my money back so I can schedule my 6 hours behind the wheel with another school . Also, while I was there signing up my child , I over heard one the other parent talking to Mr. Coleman about that when she sign up online , that her account had identity theft  after paying online from using their PayPal account , so I highly suggest if you do sign your child up there that you go in person and see for yourself what I stated above about the school and find another school driving company. My child has yet had the behind the wheel service and mind you my child finished their classroom hours back in August. Lastly, whenever my child do finally do the behind the wheel service, then they have to wait again for a next available spot . Read Less

The in class part was ok. Minus the fact that the class was over booked. Im having a bit of trouble completing my 6 hour behind the wheel lesson tho.. ive only gotten two hours in and ive completed the in class lesson over a month ago. I work monday - friday from 8-5 and i cant get a lesson in after work because i was told its too late after 5 but someone calls always to see if im available during the week. im not. Im constantly looking for weekend lessons.. i guess i must book in advance. i spent an hour and a half learning to park. the last thirty minutes i was told to drive home. thats it. no lesson. just drive home.. smh unhappy. still have to complete four hours since ive already paid for everything..
