I am typing this with so many tears of joy!! Today, I went to take my driving test FINALLY, after years of being afraid of the road. I paid for a car rental and one hour test practice. Mr. Nelson was completely AMAZING and more knowledgeable than I expected. He literally walked me step by step, took me on the driving route to get me familiar with the road and signs, and he even pointed out some important pieces that I would have NEVER paid attention to in order to pass my test. He is a genius at the 2 point turn reverse. Every neevous feeling I had he helped me face before testing... I can go on about why I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend ANYONE to try this driving school out. The customer service was great, the staff is encouraging, and it made my test a piece of cake... just pay attention to every detail they tell you and you will pass your road test with flying colors. Today I PASSED my road test my FIRST attempt because I had a very calm and patient instructor.... this is hands down THE best driving school in MARYLAND!! You will not regret it. It's all worth the money I PROMISE!!! I can official say i have my license before my 30th birthday lol. Thank you Mr. Nelson I am so grateful. Thank you 123 ABC driving school. The trainer was very helpful and kind and he taught every thing very clear with slide show during the 3 hours alcohol and drug class that how we can drive safe. And also he taught the MVA laws.

I wish to acknowledge the professional service provided by Mr. Nelson and the entire staff at Linnel Driving School. Mr. Nelson worked diligently to assure that the service and items I needed for my son's to complete his driving education class and on the road driving was done correctly and the utmost professionalism. His demeanor was caring and impressive and made sure all my questions were addressed. I personally experience Linnel's excellent customer service from him. He provided resolution to all areas of my concern with perfection. He listened to my concerns and in a matter of time resolved each issue.
We've all had terrible customer service experiences. Personally, when I receive poor customer service, I give the company one more opportunity to make it up to me before I sever all ties with them and look for an alternative. But others aren't so patient. In most cases, you only get one chance to make a great impression on a customer through your service, Mr. Nelson and his staff did. It's incredibly important to listen to what your customer is telling you. Never assume you know what's best. Listen objectively and ask questions to get to the crux of the customer's concerns, so that you can help them quickly and efficiently. He identified with my concerns as a customer and explain that he would do everything to resolve any future issue if they occurred. He made me as a customer feel important and was sincere with the transaction. By his being thoughtful and interested in me and my son as a customer will help keep me as a loyal prospective customer and share it with all my friends.
