Very unsatisfied!! I put two of my children in the class and they have yet to be scheduled for their 10 hours of instructional driving hours. It has been over 2 months. Yet a neighbors child who registered a day after class started has already received all 10 hours!!! Pay the extra $50 and go somewhere else. When I call the school to inquire the lines are busy, even after hours. The voicemail box for the main school is always full. Horrible experience and operation!! Read Less

This place is dreadful ,we had called SO many times for them to transfer my papers over to the mva in Elkton so I could take my drivers test. My drivers test was scheduled today and the Elkton mva had called me and said my papers were NOT transferred over. Therefore I couldn't take my drivers test. I would not recommend this school for anyone. The instructors were great but they never have road time for the students. I finished in August of 2015 and still haven't had 6 hours of drive time yet they still having classes it's just ridiculous maybe they should slow down until they have enough instructors I just wish I would of attended another school Read Less

PLEASE DO NOT JOIN.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME AND MONEY.i gave 240$$ for 6 hour road driving lesson. but they postponed my booked appointment due to driving instructor's unavailability . it took them 1 month to give me another date. i was like thank god i found a date but their driving instructor seems always busy on talking on cell phone while giving lesson. she does not care enough how you drive . on last day the lady did not complete my remaining 2 hour lesson. she just gave 1 hour lesson and said i have completed 2 hour lesson.so the next day i called to driving school to complain about driving instructor but they said they will give me another an hour asap. but still i am waiting .i registered for 6 hour driving lesson at 1st july and i made worst decision to join this class . i was hoping i will clear my test after this class. so they are unprofessional and does not care people ,money and time.i would not recommend anyone to join that. I completed the reservation for my child online two weeks ago and called to verify his enrollment due to no response from Integrity. The lady who answered the phone stated the website registration does not work and I need to come in person and complete an application Mon-Thu 12-6pm. She also stated the cost is $275 payable the first day of class April 3rd. I cannot make it to their office before they close at 6pm so I asked my sister to complete the application for me. Once she arrived the receptionist told her she had to leave $50 and pay the remaining $200 his first day of class or she would not accept the application. My sister did not feel comfortable leaving a cash deposit so she phoned me to inquire how she should proceed. I informed her she should definitely not leave any cash and we were both quoted two different amounts. If this company asks you to leave cash do yourself a favor and walk away. No legitimate business will ever ask you for a cash down payment. Read Less

First as a parent and customer for my two children i knew that they had 18 weeks to complete the students, thats not there law, thats the MVA. My children was done within three months and i was fine. Students and parents should read the contract before they sign its not the school fault. I really enjoy the school they have a open school the few times my wife and i stood outside the door the information was great and my sons learned. Our class ended on August 21st and here it is almost two months later and I've only had one drive time, some people haven't even had their first. This Place is Awesome!!!! I was one of the parents from the same night in which Esperanza2 and her son attended and I found Integrity Driving School to be very professional, understanding, and fair. When we were informed that they were at their max I could understand that due to the fire codes they could not fit anymore students into the room and for our inconvenience we were offered money off of our next session. As for Esperanza2 her behavior was very inappropriate and unorthodox in which she demonstrated throughout a crowded establishment of children equally anticipating to sign up as well. I believe that as an adult she should have had a grip on her actions, the decipal of her voice, as well as what she said. The way that she carried herself was very nasty a disrespectful to herself as well as the other individuals who were in the room. I was very embarrassed for her son due to the lack of respect she was showing the integrity driving school staff and the way she carried herself in general. However when I first called integrity driving school I was informed that being as though I did not make a payment for my daughter it would not guarantee her a spot within the 8/6/12 session and so I was fully aware and took the chance. To me I believe that this fell on my shoulders being as though I did not put a partial payment down. I also know that had I placed a payment after speaking with the receptionist my daughter could have started the 8/6/12 session. I also ensured my daughter ahead of time that she may not be able to start this session if they were in fact at capacity in which she fully understood. Things happen that are out of our control such as the school filling up as fast as it did in one night. To me that says that the school was a great pick for my daughter to attend not because her friends were also attending but because she could get the type of instruction that is needed for the teens on the roads today’s. Which brings me back to Esperanza2 I believe that the young girl you are referring to as being not very well dressed (sloppy with kind of wrinkled clothing) is the receptionist; and I say this to you what does her appearance have to do with her work etiquette or the services provided? I’m certain that the way she spoke, carried herself, and or presented herself was in fact not inappropriate but very professional same as she speaks when assisting other customers. I believe that you took it personal because you didn’t get you way in this matter being as though you would attack her character in such a manner. I believe that the comment made in reference to someone working at McDonalds was along the lines of a racial slur IN WHICH YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. This place is a joke! I had my doubts about this place when I signed my son up for classes here. Upon my arrival there was a young girl, not very well dressed(sloppy and kind of wrinkled clothing) nor did she speak very professional (more like someone who works at McDonald's).Anyway, I signed my son up for classes on about 7/27/12. I completed the paperwork as intructed by this young girl I asked her if I need to pay today. She said no. I was told his classes will begin on 8/6/12 @ 6pm. I was told to have him bring his Driving Permission and ID along with a check for the cost of the course. I verified again with her that his is signed up for these classes as he wants to take the class with a friend of his. She reassured me he is signed up.Today 8/6/12 my son arrived for classes anxious and ready to go. Well needless to say he and approximately 14 other children were turned away because there was no availabilty as the classes were booked!!!!!!What kind of buisness is this that they would have you fill out forms and reassure you that your child is enrolled in a class just to come over on the day class is to start to tell you classes are full!!I have checked with other friends of mine who had their children attend this driving school and found out that they had been postponed too because of this! I was also told by some of the parents that they too had experienced this as well as friends of theirs who were present when children arrived to just be dissapointed by this same problem!!!! This is totally un called for and should be looked into. I am going to meet with my community association and mention this to them and get word out about this kind of practice! I am also contacting the Better Buisness Bureau (I have already e-mailed them) as well as other bureaus to see that this practice does not continue!I tried to call and inform this buisness and a lady answered the phone (very unprofessional by the way) to speak to the manager or owner of this buisness and she said he was teaching a class. She asked if she could help and I explained to her the problem and she basicly said there is nothing she or the owner could do!!!????What a poor way to run a buisness! I hope more people will write in and place a message here about the kind of service that this buisness practices as well as complain to the BBB. this place is cheap but they are the worst at what they do, my gf went there they lost all her paper so the took her to re do all the test an gave her the answer key, also they don't pick you up when you have to do driving hrs you have to go to them.. and now my bf set driving hrs up like last month an set the dates to drive an they booked him on MLK day an they are fu*kin closed an his brother went with them there an they wont returned any of his call the they have left messages...driving hrs are way to backed up an you cant only use other drives u have to use theirs THIS PLACE IS THE WORST Read Less
