2 stars b/c the teachers are friendly & nice but wouldn't recommend this school. They talk entirely too much, maybe they need to do activities/hand out written info so people can memorize it more & stop talking the WHOLE 3 hours. Next, the building is dirty & infested with reaches & ants. It smells like trash .. serious reconstruction needs to be done to the building. Prices are extremely too much for what they offer... instructors get very agitated quickly when driving with new drivers .. Read Less

This driving school if far from being perfect but which one is? What I like about this place is their flexibility to help students when they come to register with legal issues due to driving illegally. Management is kind enough to work with every individual according to their needs. Staff is helpful and let's not forget the're also human beings so the're allow to have bad day as well. Over all, M&A has a reasonable tuition for the driving school program and yes! the place is a little bit old but that is just the building itself. So, if you're looking for a driving school, you should give M&A a change to help you out in this process. Read Less

This is by far the worst driving school ever. First off for every day of the two week learning period there is a different instructor every class and on of which who is very unprofessional. During one class we were given a work sheet in which we were suppose to be given the answers, well while going over the answers it appeared the teacher didn't know the right answers so he began stalling for a whole hour and thirty minutes and after the long wait he then decided that we'd just go on a 15 minute break rather than answering the sheet. This school is cheap but definetly not worth it not to mention after completion of your thirty hours you have to wait exactly a minimum of eight weeks (2 months) before you can get your 6 hours of behind the wheel training, this school is very bad and I would like to recommend "Begin new driving school" in Beltsville, they are very professional and really help you out and can get your all thirty six hours in a month, SAY NO TO M&A! When I came to this school I had already failed my driving road test in Beltsville MD. I scheduled my next road test and it was the weekend before my learners expired.  I came to this school with high hopes and was let down big time... not only was the service the poorest. One particular individual (I shall remain nameless) tried to kick me out the car because I made a wrong turn going home. This school is not consistent, you have an different instructor every lesson. Each of them tell you that what the last instructor taught you is wrong. They consistently pry about your private life. At one lesson the instructor asked me what was my favorite alcohol beverage... (o_O). They consistently ask about your personal life, if you have a boyfriend and where you are living and with who... What really pissed me off was one instructor did not feel well and he decided that he was not going to do his job.. May I remind you that I paid $400 for I believe six lessons. What I really wanted to practice was my parking. That is what I have the most problem with. The instructor who said he did not feel well got in the car and did not give me any directions I told him my test was in two days and I wanted to practice on my parking and he told me no, again let me remind you that I paid $400 for their service. I try to be polite and ask if you wanted to stop and get some medicine or even a drink of water he continued to be extremely unprofessional and childish. When my time was up I drove myself home but because we took a new route I made a wrong turn. He began to scream and yell that he wanted to go home and that he was sick he told me to pull over and I can get out the car and walk home. That is when I freaked out as well I told him I was not getting out of the car and thaf he will drive me home,he drove me to the driving school got out of the car and went into the building. I was extremely upset but I went inside and talked to the owner, he apologized for the behavior that is employee displayed and he said that he will find a way to make up for the incident but he never did. Needless to say again in September I failed my driving test. I waited quite some time to write this review as I did not want to seem angry about what had happen. I took my driving test again in December and I passed. I found an instructor on Craigslist and he was even better than any instructor including the owner of M&A  Incorporation Driving School. The instructor who was rude and unprofessional did not receive any consequence for his behavior. And the instructor who took me to take my road test could not even find the registration when we got to the front of the line at the MVA in Beltsville. I had to let several people in front of me while he go back to the car and find it. My experience with this school was beyond dreadful. I would never recommend this school to anyone if you are taking the road test.... Do yourself a favor and keep your $400 and go somewhere else, maybe you can find someone on Craigslist that is cheaper and can actually teach you what you need to know to pass your test because this school will not. I have my provisionals now and I passed the road test early December of 2014. Needless to say this school is not worth considering. If you actually want to pass your road test.... I'm just saying. This driving school is worth every penny, the Instructor is very patient and has the expertise to transition the new driver from unskilled to skilled. My favorited quote that he says is MYOB IN YOUR LANE, which I remember even know as a skilled driver "Mine Your Own Business In Your Lane." I tried other driving schools and it just was one bad experience after the other, I was at my breaking point when I was blessed to find M & A Intercorp Driving School. Thank you Dennis for being an awesome instructor from beginning to end. Read Less
