My son attended the driving school and the overall experience was great. He finished his classes and was giving his driving time in a quick efficient time. Because of that my son is now a licensed driver.The instructor Darryl was really nice and pleasent. Thank you R&S driving school and the staff.

Oh my god this driving school are the best in Baltimore. They always make you feel special, they help me a lot and you can call or text them anytime. Same is a very nice perso. I did the road test only one time and I couldn't thanks them enough. May god bless you guys. I am so so happy

R&S driving school is the best.... First off there not over priced like the rest I had researched. Second there at a convenient location right off the best line, Third the Instructor I Had Was Miss Kelly I learned alot from her. She answered all my questions and also made me feel like I could do it..... My driving instructor was also Awesome!!!!!! 😉 Last But Not Least I PASSED MY DRIVING TEST TODAY!!!! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A AFFORDABLE DRIVING SCHOOL 🏫 AND REAL INSTRUCTORS THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.... THANK YOU DARRLY, CAMILLE, AND MISS KELLY 😘😍😗

R&S Express is a very thorough driving academy. They work with you until you fully understand the material they have instructed. They also test you at the end of every lesson to be completely sure that you've fully grasped the concept of each item in the lesson. The driving instructor is also very patient, helpful & concise. Also, the price of the driving school is very fair; less than that of their competitors. You also receive your electronic documentation very quickly.

R&S Express is a very thorough driving academy. They work with you until you fully understand the material they have instructed.
