Some of the reasons I am displeased with this school was the amount of time it took to schedule a drive time after completion. I had a personal incident with my son regarding a missed session due to the fact I was not given a reminder as I was advised iI would. The day of the missed class my minor child was contacted instead of his parents to advise he was late so for that we were charged an additional $85 before we could reschedule another session. Mind you my other son that had schedule drive time the car broke down and he had to reschedule and no courtesy was given for this. How do you run a school with one available vehicle? This came down to personal feelings from the staff on how she felt she was treated as to why she would not waive any of the cost that i know she had no intentions on waiving in the first place. requested to speak to the owner and he blew me off to resolve it with the same people on staff the disagreement was with. If you are going to run a business you should always follow up with your customer regardless of the outcome. I am not satisfied and would never recommend this school to any parent that makes the child a responsible party when they have no financial means of paying!

EDIT: Best Choice just CANCELED my drive times because of this review. They personally called me after their office hours but couldn't answer my calls during the same day. Completely unprofessional the way they've derogatorily spoken to me even before this review and the way they've handled criticism. Instead of berating me on the phone, they should have asked more of my perspective because I'm not the only one with it. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
Actual review:
Worst choice possible. Extremely difficult staff that is rarely available for assistance. They make everything harder than it has to be even though the material is fairly easy (the actual class isn't that bad). Their offices are only open three hours from 2:30-5:30 and they're closed on Fridays. They'd rather prolong your license process for the sake of maintaining some "elite" reputation than actually operate like a real organization. Best Choice Driving School was an extremely regrettable decision. It's better to go to Ultimate or HCC.

Great Teacher and Very funny. Since the Teachers are former State Trooper, they made class fun and informative. Great Pace and Very professional!!! We have refferred many others to Class!!!

They lie to just get you to sign. Takes forever to schedule drive time and wont even pick up studrnts at school.

My son just finished his last behind the wheel with trooper Stevens and what a great experience it has been. We did the weekend class because my son does a sport every season so none of his evenings are free. The teachers were great, very knowledgeable and taught defensive driving! The teachers were very interactive with the students, unlike some others I have heard about where the classes are so large that some students just sit in the back and zone out! This can mean life or death, not a time to zone out! The location was convenient since I live in Perryville and it is just across the river in HDG. Everyone was very friendly, sometimes a bit busy but not rude or unfriendly. I have one more child to get her license in about a year and I won't even look anywhere else she is taking her course here.

We did the weekend class because my son does a sport every season so none of his evenings are free. The teachers were great, very knowledgeable and taught defensive driving!
