I loved my experience here! During my 8 hours of driving I had 3 different instructors. Every one of them were very friendly and helpful. Since this school has so many students it may take longer to schedule your driving hours! All of the staff was very friendly and I overall really enjoyed this experience. Called to set up a road skill test for my son. Told them he is turning 16 next week. They asked if he had his permit for at least six months. Told them it has been over six months. We set up a date for his test the next day. We get there and she looks over his permit, and then comes back to tell us that my son has to be 16 in order to take the test. We asked her why they did not inform us over the phone when scheduling the test? She of course could not answer. My wife took time out of her schedule and had to adjust her schedule in order to get to this appointment. Drove 20 min out of the way to get there and then was told this. That is a big mistake and very careless. When scheduling that should be the first thing they make sure of. We have rescheduled our test with another company now, and this other company is $10 cheaper too. Read Less

Very irresponsible, rude, and unprofessional. After I cancelled my sons driving they picking him up from school anyway. When I found out they had picked him up they told me they would bring him back to their facility. They then dropped him off at my house instead with no one home and he didn't have a key. After leaving him at my house with no way to get inside they had the nerve to blame it on him. Read Less

AVOID Elite Driving Academy at ALL cost!!!!These People are Very Dishonest. Their office is disorganized.  They quoted fees by phone. Upcharged the fees when we arrived.  Had someone call to verify charge and when it was verified. Called to get a refund. I got the runaround for 10 days. Kept saying No one could help me. Then when I was able to get help, she lied about pricing. That's factual cause I called back with a different phone number and she quoted me the price I was attempting to get a refund for.Won't be surprised if they go OUT of business soon. This school is terribly operated. My Husband was failed after He "supposedly" ran 3 red lights. I found that to be very suspect, that the driving instructor would allow that. I called and asked for a document stating why he was failed. The desk receptionist said she would have to ask the owner. She put me on hold after 3 to 4 mins. She came back to the phone and said they do not give any such documents. We believe that this is not a good professional driving school and took our money! BEWARE!!! Read Less
