Overall, we had a great experience with you guys. The only complaints we have at all, is that our original car was sold out, so we had to choose another car. And that you guys were running behind schedule, so you tried to reschedule us for another day the day of the event. The staff was all very polite and involved. They were able to go ahead and work us in on the original date at an earlier time, which was great. However, it seems like better planning and time management could go into your booking process. I don’t really see how you can get “sold out” of a car people are just driving. This was my boyfriend’s birthday gift and he wanted to drive a Lamborghini, which was what I originally booked for him back in February. However, 1 1/2 weeks before the event you guys “sold out” of that car and he had to choose another, which kind of sucked. And then on the drive down, 3 hours before we were supposed to be there you tried to reschedule our booked time for the following day, which would have been fine except we were 4 1/2 hours away from home, which would have resulted in an additional night in a hotel—thankfully your staff was understanding and worked us in that day. Originally I booked this event in Charlotte, NC but due to getting military orders we had to reschedule for Atlanta. The company was so great about changing our reservation for us! From pulling into the parking lot to check in to classroom time all the way to buying merchandise everyone was SO NICE! Even random employees we ran into walking to the bathroom! Lol! Jimmie Johnson’s instructional class was both education and humorous! I purchased these tickets as a gift for my boyfriend and all he could say after racing was “wow! Can I go again” we are looking forwards to racing again next year! Next time we will be purchasing driving experiences for both myself and him! Read Less

I had an enjoyable time at Xtreme; my wife bought 2 rides for my birthday as a surprise. David and Walter are great guys and shared lots of knowledge about the cars and driving in general. I recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get behind the wheel of a vehicle that you've been day dreaming about driving. My only suggestion is to buy a couple of extra laps... because the fun is over before you're ready to get off the track. Cars driven: Lamborghini Hurican and Porsche GT3. Read Less

M1 Concourse in Pontiac, MI:Lines, lines and more lines.  Be prepared to stand around.....A LOT.  You go from one line to another line, to another line, to another line........We purchased the laps in a Ferrari 458 Italia for our father and they placed him in a Porsche instead.  When asked how we would be compensated for the $50 difference for the cheaper laps, Juan just walked off and shrugged.  Terrible customer service all around and a complete waste of a day.  I would absolutely never recommend this to anyone.  I wish I could get 5hrs of my life and a few hundred dollars back....Xterrible Xperience Read Less

Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we not only got our moneys worth, but to also make a lasting impression on us as valued customers. I got this as a birthday present for my boyfriend, and he could not have been more surprised and excited. On top of the amazing ride he got, the workers out there were more than willing to help get great pictures and video for me, the by-stander. I also had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Adam for some time. He is a wonderful face for the company and a great promoter. He treated Tommy to a complimentary video of his ride, even though he was not obligated too. Road America is a great track and hopefully XX will be back next year. I made sure to share information about XX on Facebook while posting pictures of our time there and we have people lined up and ready to try it out next time you visit Wisconsin. Booked the Ferrari 458 Italia experience as the grand finale to my boyfriend's bday wknd in NOLA this past weekend.  He loved it! See below.The facility: We arrived at 10:20am for a 11am experience, only to be told there was no one at the garage yet and we'd have to come back closer to 11. Hmmm. Ok. Came back, got wrist bands and were directed to the luxury car experience.  The grounds also offer go karts. We were greeted by Alex Awsumb, the chief instructor. We were the only ones booked for the morning, so it was very relaxed. Alex took us upstairs where he went through about 15 minutes of safety and general instructions. He explained a bit about the other cars and also what each hand signal meant. Note: unlike the nascar experience, an instructor rides with you on this track.The experience: He met his instructor, William. Got fitted for a helmet and was off! The Ferrari experience included 4 laps around the track at a cost of $349 (there's a groupon...see my tip). The first lap is mostly instruction and getting a feel for the car and track. By the 4th lap you're a pro! The track had straight aways and quite a few turns where quick deceleration is needed. Overall it was a great experience, but, with only 4 laps it's quick. They say allow 2 hours, we were out the door in an hour 15 minutes.  They allow you to take pics and video the whole time which is awesome (see tip) Next up is xtreme xperience driving academy! I bought the ticket for my girl friend. She had a blast. The class was amazing lots of good info for everyday use.the instructors both in and out of the cars. Were some of the most professional people I've ever seen. I wish there wasn't such a gap till the next time your down in south Florida. I'm going to get myself a ticket as well. It's my turn now! Hubby had the 4 car track experience where he drove the Ferrari 458, Porsche 911 GT3, Corvette Grand Sport & the Lambo Huracan.  Our son did the ride along in the Huracan on their sprint track.  We scheduled the xperience for a Monday & had the place to ourselves.  Very professionally run, and the pro driver Walter was great.  If you plan to do the driving experience, prepare ahead of time!  Hubby watched a lot of their videos on YouTube, so he knew what to expect in the turns, signage, etc.  I brought my camera & had no problem getting great shots from the viewing area.  Tipping is encouraged for the pro driver.  We had forgotten this, but turned right back around to do so.  Walter was that good. I bought the Porsche 911 GT3 Racetrack Xperience for my 18 yr old son. It was an amazing experience!! The staff and instructors are professional and pleasant. Be sure to purchase the video of the drive to remember it as it seems to go by so quickly. The class before the drive is very informative and you need to pay attention to ensure your safety. An hour away from "race day", are we having fun yet?  So far, no. First, my attempts to register on the Xtreme web site was tedious. In very large and colorful text, they offer the opportunity to add a promo code though none are offered. A web search offers plenty, a large savings, but you have to pay a discount web site, like Groupon, for the package up front then they send you a coupon code. Seems a little sketchy. In the end, my purchased promo code doesn't work because it's for the wrong race track. Luckily Groupon gave a full refund. So unless you want to search the small print on each and every secondary site for the correct race track AND the correct date, you're not getting a code.  My attempts to contact Xtreme Xperience by phone were unsuccessful. Second, it's 24 hours before my appoint, looking over the confirmation documents I realize there is no physical address offered.  Since, from my promo code debacle, I know they travel to many tracks, I'm a little nervous. So another phone call attempt to confirm address offered by Yelp has prove futile. I leave a message explaining my concern, leave a call back number, but no return call. Guess I'll show up and hope for the best. I'll update later. Hopefully my Xperience will be so Xtreme that I can change this review to 5 stars.UPDATE: Approx 3 hrs since Xperience and heart, hands and feet still buzzing with adrenaline. 4 stars only because of previous complaints, though check in crew seemed genuinely surprised by lack of customer service. Race crew is profession and detail oriented. They helped create an experience to last a lifetime and yes, I'll be coming back for more ASAP, worth every penny.  PS highly recommend upgrading photo package which includes one extra lap, they go by VERY quickly. Don't book with these people! I booked a 3 car experience with them months in advance on a whim just because it was at a racetrack very close to my home. Paid over $700 for just the basic experience and nothing extra. They just changed my booking to a different date on a different track hundreds of miles away!!!! And they refuse to refund my money! Where I come from when you make an agreement and can't hold up your end of it you give the customer their money back. Read Less
