An hour away from "race day", are we having fun yet? So far, no. First, my attempts to register on the Xtreme web site was tedious. In very large and colorful text, they offer the opportunity to add a promo code though none are offered. A web search offers plenty, a large savings, but you have to pay a discount web site, like Groupon, for the package up front then they send you a coupon code. Seems a little sketchy. In the end, my purchased promo code doesn't work because it's for the wrong race track. Luckily Groupon gave a full refund. So unless you want to search the small print on each and every secondary site for the correct race track AND the correct date, you're not getting a code. My attempts to contact Xtreme Xperience by phone were unsuccessful. Second, it's 24 hours before my appoint, looking over the confirmation documents I realize there is no physical address offered. Since, from my promo code debacle, I know they travel to many tracks, I'm a little nervous. So another phone call attempt to confirm address offered by Yelp has prove futile. I leave a message explaining my concern, leave a call back number, but no return call. Guess I'll show up and hope for the best. I'll update later. Hopefully my Xperience will be so Xtreme that I can change this review to 5 stars.UPDATE: Approx 3 hrs since Xperience and heart, hands and feet still buzzing with adrenaline. 4 stars only because of previous complaints, though check in crew seemed genuinely surprised by lack of customer service. Race crew is profession and detail oriented. They helped create an experience to last a lifetime and yes, I'll be coming back for more ASAP, worth every penny. PS highly recommend upgrading photo package which includes one extra lap, they go by VERY quickly. Read Less
