My kids had a experience here.... Good job Fricks....I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for professional training.

Fricks has taught 3 of my children how to drive, and I am signing up the 4th this week. We all had a wonderful experience!! Thank you to the teachers and staff!!

I liked Fricks...then after 1 week I couldn't wait til I could get out of there. The receptionist is extremely rude. She failed to give me very important information and when I called back after being chewed out by the teacher for not having the info she preceded to tell me that she gave it to me and it was my fault! The teacher can be generally nice but cranky sometimes. Scheduling driving time over the phone is a nightmare, mainly because you're dealing with a rude receptionist who has you on hold for 10 minutes. Read Less

I think my son got a lot out of the in-class instruction. The problems occur when you try to schedule the 6 hours of driving time. Which are scheduled in one hour increments. Each time I was left on hold 5-10 minutes nearly every time I called to schedule a lesson. Sometimes I was put on hold two or three times for that period of time on the SAME call. The receptionist/scheduler doesn't apologize. The one time after being on hold 12 minutes, they "reanswered the phone" like they forgot I was on hold. I told them I was on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to schedule a lesson. INSTEAD of saying, I'm sorry for your wait. The reciptionist says in the most irritating tone "Well, sorry I was helping a customer." UM....once you get my 450 dollars, am I no longer a customer? Seriously! They also would only schedule one or two lessons at a time. A real pain in the neck. Read Less
