Looking for a place to teach adult driving lessons. I just want to clearly state that whatever response time issues occurred years ago is not currently happening. I called and left a message yesterday afternoon. Got an immediate email back indicating they would call on the following day after 930am. Charlie called at 933am and responded to all my questions. Note I picked two companies to contact and this is the only response back so far. So response time is clearly resolved for this company. Hope to be signing up soon.

Unprofessional and poor customer service-They offered to give my money back and we accepted after hearing other friends with similar experiences with the staff.

I have been calling on a daily basis everyday and I always get the voicemail. Never answers the call. Online it says we get a CDE after completing but they never sent me a CDE . Bad

Very poor customer service. Everytime I would call they would either leave me on hold for an hour or hang up on me.
