Wouldn't recommend to anybody, the instructor was rude, had no idea what was going on, couldn't answer any questions, and had left me with so many unanswered questions due to the process of getting my license, that it had actually delayed me getting my license. In addition, the office isn't just not understanding, but as well rude. When I had called asking for a refund she had yelled at me saying that it isn't their fault and that she can't do anything for me. Though, when I had called I didn't blame it on them initially I was just simply asking for a refund for their behind the wheel. She continued to yell on the phone saying that my complaints were not backed up with actual evidence so she won't do anything about it. I DO REALIZE THIS MAY SEEM LIKE A CHEAPER OFFER THAN OTHER PLACES AROUND THE AREA BUT IT ISN'T WORTH IT. Read Less

DO NOT USE this company! They do not have any customer service skills! Their technology is outdated.  They do not return phone calls the same day.  The the lady Kathy is the worst!  They are the the least bit professional and the epitome of TACKY!!!
